Alit's POV:

Two years, passed by in a flash. I still looked for Iris. I promise to find her. But it wasn't just for me though. It was for everyone. It was January 1. Iris and I's birthday. Did I forget to tell you that? We're both 14 now. I walked quietly in the hall. It hasn't been the same, without her.

"Alit?"

I looked up.

"What do you want, Vector?" I growled.

"I just came to tell you something. I should've told you, before, but I didn't want anyone else to find out."

I glared at him.

"Follow me."

We walked up onto the roof.

"What do you want to tell me?" I asked.

"It's about, Iris."

Now he has my attention.

"Iris, isn't who you think she is," he said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Iris, is an Astral Being."

~Iris's POV~

Today was my birthday. It was also Alit's. I can't stop thinking about him. I sat in a chair, in front of my mirror. There was a knock on my door.

"Come in," I yelled.

The door opened, and my cousin Lumen came in. He had blonde hair, and violet eyes. He reminds me of Mizeal.

"Happy birthday," he said smiling.

I smiled.

"Thanks, Lumen."

"Are you thinking about him?"

I told Lumen everything. He was the only one, that I told about the Barians. And how I met him...

"Yes, we're both 14," I answered.

I looked in the mirror.

"I wish I never listened to, Father," I said.

"I know. I would've stayed."

I sighed. I miss you, Alit.

I almost ran away again, if Lumen never stopped me. He told me that, Father would kill the others, if I left. So I stayed. One question, hanged in my head for those past two years though. Did Vector tell them?
