Alit's POV:

Two years passed, since that day on the roof. Everyone loved Iris. Whenever I'm gone, and I come back, she's playing with someone. Mostly Merag. I think she might be contagious. Whenever she smiled or laugh, you have to smile and laugh too. I even caught Mizeal, smile a couple of times. The only person who doesn't like Iris, is Vector. He's been avoiding her, ever since the first day he met her.

"Alit, come on!" Iris yelled. "We're going to be late!"

"Iris, it doesn't matter if we're late or not. Nasch would be glad if we came."

She sighed. We were going to the training room, for a competition Nasch set up. Iris is pretty good at dueling. Last year, I gave her, a deck, for her birthday. It was called Scarlet Knights. Everything in that deck, are all scarlet cards, I made. I almost lost to her, a couple of times.

"Alit, want to make it to the finals?"

I looked at her.

"We can duel each other. This would even be our hundredth duel against each other!"

"You're right!"

She smiled.

~Iris's POV~

I really like dueling. Alit, Gilag, and Merag taught me. Mostly Alit though. We reached the training room. Alit opened the door for me. I walked in, and he followed, closing the door behind him.

"You're late."

"Told you," I said to Alit.

He rolled his eyes.

"Mizeal, it doesn't matter if we're late or not. We're here, and that's all that matters," Alit said.

He sighed. Mizeal had blonde hair, and blue eyes, like mine.

"Come on."

Mizeal lead us, down to the duel arena.

"Hey you're here!"

Everyone was down here. Gilag and Merag walked up to us. I really like Merag. She always helps you, when you need help.

"Who's going first?" I asked.

"Vector and Dumon, are first," Gilag answered.

"Iris, you duel Merag, and Alit you duel Gilag," Mizeal said leaving.

"Hot head," I whispered.

We all laughed.

"Come on, let's get that tournament going!" I yelled.

*****

That was my very first tournament. It turns out Alit and I, got to duel each other at the end. 99 loses, and I finally win. I was so happy, after the duel. I just wish, I knew what would happen next.
