Zach’s POV
“SHE CAN’T JUST BE GONE!” I yelled to no one in particular. I slammed my fist down, the phone still next to my ear.
“Calm down, she probably didn’t go too far.” Justin’s voice called from the other line.
“You listen to me hear,” I said low and menacingly, “I want every person that can help find her, to go on a search party. Now!” I growled. I snapped the phone shut and looked out the window. I had pushed her too far.
Raven’s POV
The people in his pack (though it was small) were nice, and we were just getting back from a camp fire. It was nice to finally be surrounded by people that cared. I felt like everyone else, and couldn't believe I even thought this was a bad idea earlier. With everything that has happened, the campfire just kept my mind off of things.
“Hey come on, let’s get to bed.” Jace said. I nodded and he brought me up to an empty room. I smiled thanking him then closed the door.
Even after hours of sitting here, I couldn’t fall asleep. My eyes were still wide open, and I stared at the ceiling. I bit my lip, trying to decide what I should do.
Making my decision I stood up and walked to Jace’s room which was right next door. I knocked then slowly opened it, “Jace?” I whispered.
“Yeah?” He replied groggily.
“C-can I come in?” He nodded and patted the spot next to him. I walked over quickly and lied down next to him. He wrapped his arms around me, I felt tingly and warm. Smiling as I closed my eyes, I completely ignored my wolf who was begging me not to do this.
