Hey guys,

This took me awhile because I'm trying to shuffle time for writing my novel and this story.

Justin's mustang was parked outside my house once I was done and ready for school. I waved and greeted him with a smile before taking my seat in his car.

"You're early." He smirked pulling out of my driveway. "That's unusual."

"Shut up Justin." I smile knowing we're back to normal. "I made up a pun with your name just now."

"What is it?"

"I'm Just-in time." I laugh hopelessly, c'mon that was clever. Justin just stares at me with a blank slightly amused face. I punch him in the arm and he nods looking straight ahead of the road.

"That would've been funny if my name wasn't Justin." Justin scowls leaning over to poke my side. I squirm at his touch, jumping off my seat. I glare at him; he knows how ticklish I am and yet he does this. He's so annoying. He pouts bringing out his pinkish lips and can I just say he looks so cute when he pouts.

"You're annoying." I roll my eyes still glaring at him.

"But that's why you love me." He winks, parking his car at the nearest entrance of the school. "What do you have first?"

"English." With Cody.

"Okay, I'll drop you off here. We don't have first together." Justin says turning to stare out the window.

"Okay, bye." I shifted in my seat and leaned over trying to give him a kiss on his cheek. Justin turned his head and I froze. We both froze. His lips were frozen on mine. It lasted for less than a second before I pulled away mumbling sorry and rushing out the car.

I cringe inwardly this wasn't the first time we've kissed. Funny story we were at Meg's house for her 15th birthday two years ago and being the typical teenagers we were...we wanted to try something new. Marcus suggested that we played spin the bottle and seven minutes in heaven all in one game. Basically, the bottle lands on two people, you must kiss and then spend time together in one of the rooms. Obviously, the bottle landed on both Justin and I. Looking back at it now it was a pretty stupid game.

I enter my English classroom and I immediately notice Meg. "Megster!" I shout plopping onto my seat.

"Bailster!" She smiles placing her elbow on the desk and leaning forward. "Spill. What's with you and Davis?"

"Speaking of him, where's Cody?" Cody usually on my other side in English but today his seat was empty. Got me thinking does this have anything to do with him acting strange last night.

"I don't know." Meg shrugs. "Didn't see him this morning. What's up with you and him anyways?"

"What do you mean?"

"He's back and you're suddenly attached to him..."

I nod furiously, well yeah I would be attached to him. He is my best friend. If Cody came back and I didn't befriend him, I don't think I would ever forgive myself. "I'm not 'suddenly'" I said using air quotes, "attached to him. Meg you saw how much I changed without him being here."

"I know but ever since he came back you've been ignoring Justin." She lowered her voice avoiding getting stares from the few students around us.

"Is that what you heard?" I glared at her. "Justin punched Cody out of rage. I don't think you guys know that Cody has Type 1 diabetes, he was bleeding that day while Justin ran off with Jessica. Excuse me if I've been distancing myself."
