Hey guys,

I've been loving the support I've been getting lately and that really motivates me. I would love if you could check out my other story called Against My Will on my profile.
Oh and guys if you forgot, high and low are diabetic terms for blood sugar. Do NOT confuse it with Cody doing drugs.

Xoxo

Daniella.

Cody's POV:

Waking up next to Bailey was already the highlight to my yet to be revealed day. I sighed every single time I had remembered what I said yesterday while I was high. I didn't mean to get high, my insulin manager wasn't with me at the time and I needed to re fill. I would've done that if Justin and Jessica didn't make a show at the cafeteria yesterday. I would've also done it when we got home but I was out of range by then and my mother was busy taking care of her new family. Or soon to be new family. To say I'm happy for my mother is a lie. Under the circumstances she got with Mr Foreshaw, I don't support their relationship at all.

Bailey stirred under my arms. Last night she was the one holding onto me for her life but now it's her in my arms. Her beautiful black hair sprawled all around her and the way her pink lips mumbled as if she was having a conversation with herself in her sleep.

At times, I wonder what it would be like if I never left that day or if I never got sick that day. I caused this all. Justin was my best friend. The guy knows a lot more about me than my own mother and father. What about Bailey? She knows how I feel about her. On the day I left, just in case I wasn't coming back. I sent her a text about how I felt and when I finally came back she acts like she never read it or saw it. Like she's oblivious to my feelings.

"Why do you look so serious in the mornings?"

I startled at Bailey's voice. She was staring up at me with her beautiful bright eyes and genuinely looked curious. "Just thinking."

"Isn't it a bit too early to be thinking?" She laughed.

"Nope." I shook my head and laughed. "Early thinkers are the most conniving, you know?" I winked.

"I bet." She smiled. Then she scrunched up her nose in playful disgust. "Your breath stinks from eating all those sweets."

"Meanie." I stuck my tongue out of her. "You go ahead and shower, I'll just go down to the shops to buy some more water and sugary stuff."

She threw her head back and laughed. My lips couldn't help but curl up in a smile. "People are gonna think you're throwing some kind of sugar rush party."

"Too bad, they won't be invited." I smirked. "Now seriously get your ass up and shower."

"Fine." She rolled her eyes and got up.

I got up too and quickly changed into a new shirt and jeans. I waited till the bathroom door to close before I grabbed my keys and my phone knowing I was definitely not going to the shops.
