It was almost by chance that Liam saw him. It was at a book signing. There wasn't that many people around at the time, and if he wanted to Liam could have called out. The boys name was almost out in the open when a girl came and put her arm around his waist. 

Chris. 

Liam wanted to say it. He wanted Chris to see him. I'm here, Chris. Where did you go? But Liam was frozen. After what had happened with Harry, Liam had assumed the worse had happened to Chris. But here he was. He was alive. When Chris and his girl walked past Liam, Chris stopped to look at the book Liam had written. 

"Take me Back Heaven?" Chris asked. 

"Based more or less on true events." It was the first time Liam had seen him in so long. Chris looked at Liam. 

"Is it good?" He asked. 

"Well I am the author," Liam said. "So I'm a little bias." He had written so many things in there. His feelings about Harry. What had happened with Chris. Chris looked at Liam for a little while. 

"I'll have to check it out sometime." Chris put the book down, took his girls hand, and walked away. 

This time Liam could look away.
