It felt like my heart was shattering as I read those words, and I don't even know why. Why is this affecting me so much? I don't think of Dan as anything more than an internet best friend. K? That's all he is. That's all he ever will be. SNAP OUT OF IT, PHILLY. HE'S JUST A FRIEND. God, why do I have to be so jealous all the time?! WHY IS THIS HURTING ME SO MUCH, I think, as I feel pain in my chest as though Dan himself had took multiple knives and stabbed my heart 20 times over. I feel sick to my stomach as I pick up my phone again to respond.
