Week Off
Harry: ”So you got one week off while you’re on tour?” you asked Harry, who was on the other line of the phone, currently laying in the hotel bed after one of his shows. “Yes. They didn’t tell us until now because they wanted to make sure that no extra dates are added to the tour schedule” he explained and you could hear the smile in his voice. “We’ll finish the america tour and after our week off we’ll start the canada tour.” You started to feel the butterflies going crazy in your stomach at just the thought of having Harry for one whole week. Due your busy schedules it was almost impossible to see eachother on a regular basis and you were lucky to spend at least a weekend with him. A whole week sounded therefore pretty amazing. “So when are you going to come home then?” you grinned, already wanting to mark the date in your calendar. “Well, not at all” Harry spoke, a smile in his voice not hearable anymore, “I won’t make it home and I will have to spend the week in Ontario.” And suddenly all your anticipation disappeared and your face fell, a quiet “oh” leaving your mouth. “Yeah… And I’m literally so exhaused from making all that arrangements. Finding a proper cottage near the Niagara Falls that wasn’t booked out. Telling your boss that it was very important that you got a week off as well. Booking a last minute first class air ticket. And so on.” “Wait. What?” “Be ready. Your flight is going on monday 1pm.”
