Chapter five: Carter's nightmare 4

This chapter isn't really just Carter's nightmare, it also has when he wakes up. Enjoy! I'm not going to spoil any more of the story!

Rocky and the other two were awoken by Carter's scream. They ran up front to find an Everest crushed by part of the lookout's railing, broken neck.

"Carter! Did you see what happened?" Tracker asked, Rocky was crying by her body.

"No, I just, I saw her, Oh, god no! Why!?" Carter yelled.

"Calm down... Oh god, Alex and Katy!" Skye said.

The pups all looked at each other and ran to Katy's, once there, they saw Callie in a corner, and they saw Katy had gotten Acid instead of soap, and it had burned the front of her body off, they quickly ran to Mr. Porters and found Alex trying to get out of the oven, which was on. "Help me pups! Help! It burns!" Alex screamed.

"On it!" Carter called, and together he and Rocky struggled to open the oven as Alex screamed in pain as he was burnt alive, until he stopped. Alex was gone.

"Oh, god... Katy... Alex... no..." Rocky said to himself, Skye and Tracker were there to comfort him instantly

"Oh no, Tracker, you're next!" Carter said.

"NO! NOT HAPPENING! NO!!!" Rocky yelled at the top of his lungs.

"Rocky... We haven't found a way to stop it... "I DON'T CARE! I WON'T LET MY BROTHER DIE!!" Rocky kept yelling, and then the giant juice cup started to fall, right toward Tracker, Rocky saw and jumped at Tracker, pushing him out of the way, Carter and Skye survived as well.

"Oh my god, you saved me brother! You did it!" Tracker yelped for joy.

"Wait, so now Tracker won't die? Sweet!" Skye said, "But, wait... Doesn't that mean?"

"What? What is it? Who's next?" Rocky said, then an explosion came from nearby, and the giant fruit stand from Mr. Porter's came flying and Rocky pushed Tracker out of the way and Rocky was crushed to death.

"BROTHER!!" Tracker screamed, running to the fruit, trying to get it off of Rocky's body.

"Oh god..." Skye said, collapsing to the floor crying.

"Wait, so it skipped Tracker, so that means... Tracker is safe, so that means that Skye and I can be safe too!" Carter realized, then the three remained careful, and one day, Skye almost got her head lobbed off by a scarecrow, but Carter saved her, and then Carter almost got trampled by a horse, but Tracker and Skye saved him, and a week later, they were at a cafe having a drink.

"I can't believe it... We're safe!" Skye said.

"But we can't say the same for Rocky or Everest, or Katy, Alex, Zuma, Goodway, Marshall, Chase, any of them!" Tracker said.

"Well, I bet they would be happy we survived!" Skye said.

"Yeah, I guess you're right. And hey! Rocky technically found out how to stop me from dying, so, he fulfilled his promise!" Tracker said positively, with difficulty.

Suddenly Carter had a strange feeling.

"But what if it loops around?" He said suddenly.

"What?" Skye said.

"What if it comes back, I mean, we dodged death the first time, but the others inside died in the same order they were meant to, so what if it loops around again to finish us off?" He explained. Then they heard a sound outside on the marina
