Chapter 14

Zuma made his way to the elevator after the whole fiasco with the mysterious signed in situation with Rocky's profile.

They all went in and since Marshall had already gone in, they weren't going to crash.

The elevator went up, and at the top, they saw no-one but Carter and Ryder were there.

"Where is everybody?" Marshall asked.

"Still coming." Ryder said.

"Huh." Skye said.

"I guess we were here first." Marshall said.

Suddenly the elevator binged, and Mia, Rubble, Mal, Russel, and Tracker were all just in a pile.

"Rubble filled in for Marshall a little late." Chase explained.

"That's a first." Marshall said.

"Yeah, there's never been a crash in the upper part of the lookout." Everest agreed.

Then the other pups got in line with the six that were already up there.

"You know something Everest?" Zuma said.

"What?" She asked.

"Where did you come from downstairs?" Zuma asked.

"Oh, I was napping in the kitchen." Everest said.

"Why the kitchen?" Skye asked.

"I felt like it." Everest replied.

"Fair enough." Skye said.

"Okay, that's enough. Mission. Remember. Chaaaaaaaaaaaaase!" Ryder said.

"Oh, right! Umm... ready for action!" Chase said.

"What's with you lately Chase? You seem to forget to say the thing you always used to say." Ryder said.

"I don't like this Paw Patrol anymore. I like Green Grove's Paw Patrol better, it has a non sexist leader." Chase said.

"I THOUGHT WE COVERED THIS!!! I AM NOT SEXIST!!!" Ryder shouted.

"Mm hmm. That's why when I got my spy gear, you wouldn't give Skye anymore real recon missions, even though she's the best at them." Chase said.

"GAH!" Ryder shouted.

"Missioooooooooooooooon." Marshall said.

"Oh, right." Ryder said, "We have a new citizen in adventure, bay, his name is Dorado, and he is from the Paw Patrol program. And he isn't here to join. Yet. But we need to show him around. Okay? Now, for this mission I nee-" but he's cut off by his Pup Pad ringing.

"Hello? Who is it?" Ryder asked.

"He's gone!" They heard a voice say, Ryder had it on speaker.

"WHAT!?" Ryder said.

"He's not in his bed!" The voice repeated.

"Well did they see him on the cameras?" Ryder asked.

"That's the thing, all the cameras glitched out and all they saw was a gray pup, who appeared to be him, just missing part of his face with the skull revealed." the voice said.

"Eww." Skye said.

"I know, right?" Everest said.

"How do you know?" Skye asked.

"Remember when Everest and Rocky spent the summer up at the North Pole?" Marshall said.

"Oh, yeah! And Rocky's leg was broken to the point that you could see the bone!" Carter said.

Tracker ran to a nearby trash can and threw up.

"You okay Tracker?" Marshall asked.

"BLEEEEEEEEEGH!" Tracker responded.

"Gross." Chase said.

"Not as gross as this! Look! I have a picture of his leg!" Everest said.

"Eww! Gross! But kinda gnarly!" Chase said.

"Did you just say gnawly?" Zuma asked.

"Err... yes???" Chase replied

"Gnawly." Zuma responded.
