"Katie Laureine Holt!"

Pidge, the green paladin was the most surprised of them all, not only that he had yelled out her name, but he had even spelt her middle name correctly, and the shocking part is that most of the people back on Earth always pronounce it wrong or near correct. Because of this, the only people who'd use her middle name are either her family members or some distant relatives. The middle name was given by her French grandmother, who had often told her, that there's little of France in her no matter where she had grown up in, but Pidge has almost forgotten about her grandmother's philosophy, until now.

The brunette stared at her, eyes widened. After yelling out her name, the male suddenly collapsed onto the floor, the recovery seemed to have driven out too much of his energy, leaving him as weak as a newborn calf among a herd of Ronshakeres, one of the calf-like species that Pidge had encountered on another planet a while back. As the person standing nearest him, Lance quickly crouched down and reached for the male, proceeding to help the other up. Just by then, Keith also ran ahead to give a hand in helping, the two of them carrying the male's limp body to the lounge area, which was in another room.

Right behind the trio, Pidge only watched as they trailed off along with the others. Her mind confused to the point that she might have to hit her head several times like how those people do to their old TV in one of those 2000s' TV shows.

Her dad was a big fan of them, so it often came to him whenever he calls for his whole family, including another close friend of Matt to watch the while series of a few particular a-century-old TV series like The Walking Dead, Flash, NCIS and some other few that she'd grown to have difficulities recalling what their names were. She was a really forgetful girl sometimes, and her friends even have to remind her that she's in a century over when The Walking Dead was aired, with those familiar phrases such as: "Katie, we're in the hallway, not history class!" and "Just who the Hell is Green Arrow?" when it comes to either mocking her or confuse to whosoever she's rambling about at school. She has grown up to favor those shows like her father, but Matt has a much different situation than she has, he always kept to his notepad whenever watching those TV shows in one of those 'TV Nights' (as their dad has always called it), looking up to the TV whenever one of those jumpscares occured or Dad slapping the back of his head to 'encourage' him watching it.

Aside from Matthew and her mom, there was also Chiphone. He has been friends with Matt ever since they were young, and that role of his has gotten the male to come over for dinner for almost five days a week, making him like a family member instead of a friend coming over for a visit. Chiphone was like a second brother, he always tell jokes, play card games with her whenever Matt was busy, and treat her to an ice cream whenever walking back home with her after a tiring session of her ballet class. He was a great brother to have, despite his bronze features, brown hair with a darker shade of color and those strange-looking yellow orbs--

Wait.

Something isn't right here.

Pidge rushed down the hallway to the lounge area, where the others had just taken Chiphone to. She was coming near to the said place, but instead of hearing Chiphone's voice yelling her name, Chiphone seemed to be calling out to another person's name.

Shiro.

His voice wasn't as loud and high-pitched as Pidge remembered, instead, his voice was low and trembling, and from what Pidge could see, the male couldn't even manage to stand properly. His hands tugging at Shiro's jacket, and Pidge could see him showing a sour expression, holding the black fabric in hand to sustain both of his physical and emotional support. His whole body was shaking, and his eyes red from crying and lack of sleep. He looked like a man fallen into despair, a man who seemingly had all his hope and dreams crushed. And it truly pains Pidge of seeing him cry, and guilty of losing memories of her brother.
