She shot up from her deep slumber and looked around. "Where am I?" Lauren asked. "Don't scare us like that! I thought you were dead!" Ally yelled. "Allyson, where am I?" Lauren asked frustrated. "The club" Calum said. "I don't remember last night" Lauren groaned. She looked around at the red solo cups on the ground and the street art decorated on the walls. "Where's Normani?" Lauren asked. Everyone went quiet. "God! Now you all shut up" Lauren said. "She relapsed love, at 4 in the morning" Luke said looking like a drunken mess. Lauren smirked. "Thanks druggie" Lauren said. Lauren looked around and found the chocolate skinned girl shivering in the younger Cuban arms. "Mani" Lauren said wrapping her arms around the girl. "Normani, are you okay?" Lauren asked. The younger Cuban, Camila, unwrapped a cloth towel from Normani's arms without making a sound. They're all unfortunate souls. "Mani, we're here for you" Lauren cooed. She couldn't really tell her to stop either, she still cuts, so does the others, except Camila. "Lauren, I can't go to school today, I can't" The chocolate skinned girl pleaded. "Nobody said we are" Lauren said. "I don't mind ditching again, it's almost 8 anyway" Lauren said. The two girls nodded and remained silent. Lauren, was the leader you could say, she was strong and bold with a heart. That's pretty surprising for someone who's been through it all. Their parents don't know about what they do, or how they feel, their just like any other adult they encounter. Ignorant of what the world is like, Camila use to say before she stopped talking. "Lauren, come on, we're heading out" Calum said. The three girls got up and followed Calum to the others. "So what's on today's list?" Micheal asked. "We're not heading to school right?" He asked. "No, let's just have some fun" Lauren smiled.

Luke flicked open his igniter and held it to the white stick. He passed it to Lauren as they headed down the street with spray cans in their posession. Dinah shook it rapidly and sprayed her can along the wall of a store. "Hey, don't spray wherever unless your creating something" Lauren said. "I am it's called I could give a shit" Dinah said. Micheal chuckled. "Very funny Dinah Jane" Lauren said. "Wait stop, let's do it here" Ashton said. "Cool" Calum said placing a paper on the wall. Their art was all over the city. Sometimes, they would hear people talking about it. Good thing to know people stopped to notice it. They placed their papers next to his and together they made a picture with a message, a beautiful picture with blue, red, and black. It was a picture of the sky with black angel wings and two keys intersecting on the wings.

"Heh nice" Micheal said. "I like this one" Normani said quietly. "Yeah" Ashton said snapping a picture. We looked over at Camila for her input. She made a heart with her hands and I laughed. "I love it too Chancho" Dinah said. Camila smiled. "Let's get outta here, we've been here too long" Ally said. "Yeah" Lauren said leading the group out of the area. She gave the cancerous stick back to Luke who threw it on the ground and crushed it "Can we eat something?" Micheal whined. Camila high fived him and nodded. "You two love eating, oh my gosh!" Dinah said. Camila put her head down and rubbed her arm. "Dinah!" Lauren said widening her eyes. Dinah made an 'O' shape with her mouth and apologized. Camila got triggered when people mentioned her eating habits. People would call her fat and taunt her. Although, Camila was really skinny. "Come on, let's go to Waffle house" Lauren said knowing that Camila and Ally love that place. "Yaasss" Ally said in joy. "Camila, come on" Lauren said. Camila shooked her head and kept her head down. "You don't have to eat Mila, just tag along" Luke said. "Luke, she can't go without eating" Lauren said. "She's done it before" Luke shrugged. "You're such a dumbass Luke" Calum said smacking him in the head. "Hey watch it!" Luke said. "Then stop being a jackass" Calum said. "Can you guys not fight!" Lauren yelled. "Yeah! What's a matter with you two" Ashton said. Camila started crying softly and Normani held onto her. "See what you idiots did" Dinah said. "You started it" Luke said. "Shut up! All of you" Micheal yelled. "Let's just go! Chill out guys!" Ally yelled. "Stop dragging attention to us!" Lauren said. "Let's go NOW!" Lauren hissed. They walked silently to Waffle House. Lauren walked in first with Camila beside her. "My people!" Kaelin yelled. "Hey Kaelin" Lauren smirked. "My favorite Cubans" He said to Camila and Lauren. "What is it today?" Kaelin asked. "Hold up, where's Ally shortcake" Kaelin said. "Hey Kaelin" Ally waved. "You seem peppy today" Dinah said. "Well today is my girlfriend, Kyrah, and I's anniversary" Kaelin said. "That's nice, that you two are still together, it's like true love" Normani mumbled. "Yeah it is, thanks Kordei, how are y'all?" Kaelin asked. "Uh we're same as we've always been" Ashton said. "Oh yeah, should've noticed since y'all aren't in school" Kaelin said. "Hey Camila, it's on the house, you look a little sad" Kaelin said. Camila smiled and shook her head no placing money on the table. "No way, I insist" Kaelin pleaded. "Come on, please" Kaelin said. Camila rolled her eyes and gave three dollars to Kaelin as a tip. "So Kaelin, I heard you're leaving the Waffle House business" Dinah said. "Uh yeah, this job is just so I could get the money I need to save and do stuff with Kyrah and extra" Kaelin said. "Aye Team Kaelin stand up" Normani joked. "Exactly, that made my day! Ima miss y'all" Kaelin said. He looked over at Camila who had glossy eyes. Kaelin had always been so nice to them and in a way understood them. "Don't worry Mila, you can always visit me" Kaelin said. "And Kyrah, boy she hangs with Mila more than you, hello Team Kyrah" Dinah said. "Whatever Deej" Kaelin said. He placed Camila's plate in front of her and passed one to Ally, Micheal, Normani, and Calum. "You guys aren't eating?" Kaelin asked. "I ate already" Ashton said. "I'm fine" Luke and Lauren said. "Okay then" Kaelin said. "Where are you all heading next?" Kaelin asked. "Well I think we are going to get our bikes and ride somewhere" Micheal said. "Alright be safe" Kaelin said. "Will do" Calum said. "Ooooh pancakes" Micheal said taking Calum's. "Heeyyyy" Calum whined. Kaelin laughed. "So Lauren, how are you?" Kaelin asked. "You know, just being me" Lauren said. "We made a new painting two blocks down" Micheal said. "Yes! I'll go see it on my break!" Kaelin said. "You guys should be art majors and go to my college" Kaelin said. Lauren laughed. "Thanks, but no thanks" She said. "Anyway, we're gonna head out" Dinah said. "Oh already" Kaelin said. "Yup, bye Kaelin" Dinah said. Camila waved him goodbye last and followed the group out of the restaurant.
