Chapter using the investigation on S2 E1

The Ghost Adventures Crew travels all the way to Ione California to spend the night at the Preston Castle. A place where juveniles were kept like they were in prison. During the morning they study their academics, then during the day they do chores such as cooking, cleaning, slaughtering pigs, and more.

In this castle it is full of young boys from the ages of twelve to twenty four who were sent there because they committed crimes. They stole and they killed and there were even children whose parents did not want them and they had nowhere to go so they lived there.

It was truly like a prison.

And on this investigation Zak had invited Leah for the walkthrough AND to stay for the investigation. To which she gladly accepted (at this time they would have been officially dating for about four months). It would be her first lockdown with the Ghost Adventures Crew but one of many lockdowns she has done before with other paranormal shows.

As soon as Leah stepped foot inside the castle she felt chills and her head began to spin. Which was a good start to an investigation to be honest, throughout the interviews and walkthrough around the place Leah wasn't listening to anything Zak or the guests were talking about. She definitely wasn't listening to the stories, she kept to herself while she looked around her surroundings hoping to see anything during the day. But she didn't see anything. But she did catch the story of the head housekeeper who was murdered in the basement, it was unclear who murdered her. Even though the theories all lead up to one of the juveniles who did it after some things he confessed to the next year.

She also noticed that one of the women Zak interviewed (she was an eyewitness) had given him a little pot of flowers, sweet little pink roses, when he asked her what they were for, he was told to give them to the head housekeeper who was murdered. She hoped that the flowers would make her feel better, and of course Zak accepted her request.

    That was a lovely interaction

When they went to the kitchen to find the exact spot where the head housekeeper's body was found, right down the stairs even Zak had to pause because he started to feel light headed and so did Aaron. But this time Leah didn't feel it, maybe because she wasn't exactly where they stood or she wasn't focusing on it, in the basement is where she saw something going on.

Zak looked up to see Leah was staring down the room opposite of their direction. "What is it?" he asks curiously.

Leah looked back at him, Aaron, and the Event Coordinator, the woman they were interviewing, to see their curious and kind of spooked expressions, "I know where she was found."

The Event Coordinator, who did not show them before rolling, is curious  to know if she was right. "Do you?" she asks her intrigued.

"Yeah" Leah walked down the hall and she turned the corner to a little space inside the kitchen closet "all the way back there." she said pointing to the free space. "Tell me if I'm wrong."

Zak, Aaron, and Leah looked back at the Event Coordinator to see if she was right. The woman was impressed. "You are right, did you already know this before coming?"

Leah shakes her head, "no, I just felt it."

The woman looks at Zak waiting for confirmation, to which he nods his head. "It's what she does." he confirms

"It's so creepy," Aaron adds while nervously laughing

Leah smiled, "That's creepy? Try seeing what I see for a day, Aaron" she said in a joking tone, though at the same time she would kill to see Aaron react in real time to what she sees on a daily basis.
