I had to meet up with David after my little outing with Andrea, as he said to 'rekindle our relationship'. He had me meet him at the restaurant in the hotel he was staying in.
"Hey Brie" he waved and called out to me from afar, I hated when people did that
We sat at the front of the restaurant another thing I hated, after I sat down I saw Chris at the restaurant entrance hugging a redhead, he kissed her on the cheek and disappeared with her. The voice in my head began to create havoc in my mind.
"I've missed you" I sighed
"I can't do this anymore" he chuckled nervously
"What, what do you mean?" the redhead popped up in my mind again and everything in my mind changed
"Nothing, don't worry about it" I put on a fake smile
My time with David was the same as usual to be honest I couldn't stand David much anymore but I could tell though he had a great time
"I'm sorry for screaming at you Brie it was rude" we were exiting the hotel and I saw Chris with the girl again, that voice in my head is right I shouldn't let him in.
I left David and began my journey home, I got a text from Angelo just as I parked my car. The house was filled with the fowl aroma of crab. I felt like I was going to vomit so I did and of course Alex had to clean it up
"How do you eat that crap?"
"You're just like mom, she hated seafood. Where were you by the way?"
"well first I went out with Andrea, then I was with David"
"I meant last night" my mood changed sour
"I spent the night with Chris, but I regret it because I saw him with some girl at the hotel" I huffed and dropped onto the couch
"This is really fucked up Brie, you were with Chris you cheated on David"
"No I didn't we did not have sex but we did kiss" I admitted, He sat next to me and gave me a side hug
"Yes you did you still kissed him and you don't even know who this girl is anyways" I groaned
"Brie let him in you need to" I went straight upstairs and to bed
The next morning I woke up before Alex which rarely happened. The headaches are still there which is brilliant, so I took some ibuprofen before checking the text I got
'Andrea needs you' it was from Angelo
I ate a sandwich and drank a cup of coffee before beginning my journey to Angelo's place
"Where are you going to?" I pause and looked up at Alex who was descending from the stairs
"Andrea's place" he nodded
"Does she know I'm here" I shook my head
"Well I need to go back soon"
"We'll talk about it later" I exited the door
I got a text from Chris that made me smile
'You didn't come back :('
'I had Important matters to deal with' To be honest I just forgot about that promise
'Am I not important?'
'Of course you are'
I was so busy smiling I didn't even notice Angelo standing in front of me with a bright smile on his face
"Who you talking to?"
"none of your business" I pushed him into the house and closed the door behind me
"Oh, come on tell me"
"What's wrong with Andrea?" he hissed
"I probably should have let her tell you" I took a knife off of the counter
"You're gonna tell me and I won't hurt you" he looked taken back and told me everything
"I was talking to Chris Btw, now..." I placed the knife down
"Where is she!, move your fat ass Angelo" I pushed passed him and ran upstairs Angelo hot on my tail
"I swear you're freaking bipolar"
"Anything's possible" I chuckled
"My baby" I threw my arms around Andrea
"Brie-"
"Don't Brie me. Can't you see your wife and children are hungry, go make some food for your wife and children " Angelo sighed and left
"Angelo told me everything. How could he do that to you" she shrugged
"Did he tell you that willingly" I chuckled nervously
"I may have threatened him with a knife but I got him to tell me" she shook her head, huh I was expecting her to yell at me
"You are insane" she chuckled
"Anything for you baby. Now we need to plan on how we're gonna torture your father" She glanced at her phone and began to cry
"What, what is it?. Angelo she's doing it again!" I didn't want to deal with this hormonal pregnant woman alone
"What the fuck are you wearing" Angelo appeared in the doorway wearing a pink kiss the cook apron
"I couldn't find another one" I snorted
"What is it baby" he sat behind Andrea, pulled her on to his lap and she handed him her phone
"I'm sorry" I completely left out of the picture
"I'm I seriously the last one to know what's going on here"
"Her grandfather has just requested to see her. He's dying"
"Damn. That's some shitty luck"
"Brie!"
"What it's the truth" Angelo kissed her making me roll my eyes, I hate PDA even thought it is there house, show some respect man
"Go get dressed I'll take you"
"Brie get the fuck out" I never thought in my life Angelo would ever tell me that, he must be crazy
"I know that you're my best friend's fiancé but who the hell do you think you're-"
"Brie just leave, p-please" I sigh
"Alright but expect me to come here later" Angelo groaned, I hit him behind the head before leaving
I dropped my stuff on the counter and looked up at Alex, I was getting tired of running up and down the place
"You said we're leaving" he ruffled my hair
"After the wedding you have to go to, duty calls" I nodded then groaned
"I don't wanna go to the wedding"
"Oh, come on Brie it's for your friend and you're the maid of honor"
"And you're a doctor so give me a medical note and I'll have an excuse"
"No Brie you're going"
I know she's my friend but I just want to go to bed, curl up and die. I guess depression is sinking in real quick
