Lexi's pov.
I walked by the school's light box and heard Austin and Ally music.
I went over and saw everyone singing and dancing along.
"Ya'll shouldn't be doing that!" I said. They all looked at me and stopped.
"Not without me!" I exclaimed and joined in.
After lunch there would be volley ball tryouts. I really wanted to join because it seemed like such a cool sport!
I went over to the school's bulletin boards. I wrote my name next to the sign up form.
Then I went to the cafeteria to meet up with Sam and the rest.
"Everyone trying out volley ball , ballet or Clarinet come to the main hall right after lunch!" the principal said through the speaker.
"Which means I'll miss math!" I frowned. "What do you mean?" Maya asked.
"Yeah, and how can you even like math?" Lucas asked.
"First, I'm trying out for volley ball, and second. I love math!"
"You're going to leave me?! You know i don't understand algebra!" Sam said.
"Relax, I'll help you" Tyler said. Sam looked up him and lightly blushed.
"By the way Lexi, about yesterd- "No time gotta go!" I cut him and ran off.
Thank goodness the bell rang.
-at the tryouts-
We had to show our skills so far and play in a couple matches.
"Number 7!" the coach called and I walked up.
"We really like your speed and strength. You seem like you would make a great player!"
"Thanks!" I chuckled.
Then they had a discussion about who to eliminate and who to have.
"All girls please stand in line"
"Number 5, 13, 11, 3 and 16. You girls can go" The coach called.
"Everyone else, welcome to the team!" He announced.
"YAYYYYY!" we group hugged. My mouth dropped. I was so excited!
-at home-
"GUESS WHO MADE IT!" I hollered as I skipped home.
"Alright Lex!" Lucas cheered.
"That's awesome!" Sam high-fived me and I smiled.
Today was great!
