*Hunter's POV*

"Wait! Stop!" I heard someone yell before everything went black.

I opened my eyes and looked up to see  a gorgeous woman with bright red hair and blue eyes. "Can I talk to you, please?" She asked me. "U-uhh, sure?" I said and stood up. I followed her and saw another bed. "Please, sit." She said in a worried tone. "Uh, may I ask, who are You?" I asked. She smiled, "My name is Krystal West." That sounds familiar..." You wanted to talk to me? I asked. "Yes. I noticed that you mean a lot to my son..." She said and continued. "He needs you right now.." she looked really sad, like she was about to cry. "He can't loose anyone else, his heart can't take it. I can't be there for him. I need you to fight. Please stay alive!!" She said. She was crying now. Wait her son....? I looked at her and it clicked. "Oh my God, youre Dakoda's mom!!" I said. She smiled and wiped her eyes. "Yes, i am." She said. Oh my God!!! "I really like you, Hunter. I want what's best for Dakoda and that's you. You need to stay alive, for him. Please??" She begged. I'm still in shock that I'm meeting his mom. I still can't believe it. I noticed that she was still looking at me, waiting for my answer to what I'm gonna do. I nodded and smiled, "Okay, I'll stay. For Dakoda." I said. She looked relieved. "Thank you so much!" She hugged me. "I'm so glad that I got to meet you..." she said, then paused. "Even though this is a fucked up way to meet..." She whispered. I gave her a surprised look and she laughed. I like her. "I'm glad that I got to meet you too, Mrs. West." I said. "Ughh. Don't call me Mrs. West. Makes me feel old." She said. "Haha okay, sorry. Krystal." I corrected myself and she nodded. "Better, now let's get you back to life." She smirked. She placed her hand on my heart, and I backed away. "This isnt going to hurt is it? When the other lady did that, it hurt.." I asked. "No sweetie, she was killing you, that's why it hurt. I'm bringing you back to life." She said. I let out the breath i was holding and walked up to her and she placed her hand on my heart. "Now, I have to let you know that when you go back, it'll hurt. You'll only feel what you're bodies feeling." She said and I nodded. She pushed my heard and I began to get dizzy. I looked at her and she smiled. "Tell Dakoda I love him. And I'll see you both soon." She said. I couldn't answer her everything was black.
Then I opened my eyes and caught my breath. I instantly felt the pain. I clenched my teeth. "She's awake!!!!!" I heard someone shout and I flinched. I looked around and saw I was in the hospital. I tried to speak, but my throat was dry. "No, no. Don't try to speak. Rest your voice." A nurse next to me said and I flinched again. My head hurt. "Here," she said and gave me two pills and a cup of water. "This will help your headache." She said and smiled at me. I took it and drank the rest of the water. My throat felt better but I'm not gonna risk anything. Then I saw the door open.

*Dakoda's POV*

"Dakoda!" I heard someone yell. "Dakoda!!" I felt someone shake me and I opened my eyes. When did I fall asleep? "She's awake! She's gonna be fine!!" Michelle said. I jumped up and ran to her room. I stopped at the door and took a beep breath. Then I opened the door. She looked at me. She's awake!! I ran over to her bed and hugged her. "Please don't ever do that again!! Don't leave me again!!" I said in her hair. "Okay! Okay!" She laughed. I looked at her and kissed her. I pulled away and looked into her eyes. "Please. Promise me you wont ever hurt youself again. It hurts me more than you." I said. She nodded and started to cry. "Why did you let them say that about me??" I wiped her tears away. "I didn't. I basically told them to go and fuck off and try to fuck someone else." I said and she smiled. "Really?" She asked. I tucked her hair behind her ear, "of course, princess. I'm so sorry that this happened. I won't let anyone or anything hurt you again." I said. She laughed. "You promise?" She said a bit more seriously. "I promise." I said, and I meant it. I look at the doctor, "when can she leave?" "We cleaned and stitched her up and we bandaged her. She's good to go in about an hour." He said and smiled. "Can I speak with you for a second?" He asked. I nodded and followed him. "Yes?" I asked. "We know that shes currently living with you due to her...uh.dad." I interrupted him. "Her STEP dad.." I said and clenched my fists. "Right. Anyway we need you to look after her. Not let her be alone, esespecially at nice." He said with a low and serious tone. "Okay..." I said. "What about school?" I asked. "She can go back in a week. We already sent a letter to the school to let you out early to walk her to and from school." He said. Then he leaned in closer. "I know she's bullied a lot as well. So don't let her be alone as much as possible." "Okay I understand. But what do I do about school? Do I leave her at my house...?" "Right. Yes, you live by yourself. I put that in the letter and that it is an excused absence." "Thank you so much!" I said. "You can check her out in about half an hour." He said. "Thank you." I said again and he left. "What did he say?" "Nothing much. Just about school. We're not going for a week." I said. "Okay then." She smiled and I leaned in and kissed her. This time she pulled away. "Dakoda?" "Hmm?" I asked. "What are we?" "I'm not sure..." I said. "Oh." Her face fell. Fuck!! Ummm....oh! I have an idea! I got down on one knee and took her hand. "Hunter Watson. Will you please please please be my girlfriend???" I asked. She screamed, "Of course I'll be your girlfriend!!!" She said and I got up and kissed her again. This time more deep and meaningful. A nurse came in and cleared her throat. I looked up and saw Michelle. "You can check out now" she said and smiled at me. "I'm so glad that you're fine." She said to Hunter and left and we followed. Ready to go home?
