Catching Up

Three months and two weeks later~

Lucy's POV

I was now in my fourth month of pregnancy going onto my fifth. My stomach had gotten considerably big. I felt like my spine would break any moment. Erza's stomach was smaller than mine although we got pregnant almost around the same time.

The guild was more shocked about Erza's pregnancy than mine, which I understood why. Jellal finally confessed his feelings to Erza and Erza told him she was pregnant with his baby quickly after. Needless to say, Jellal was more than happy about the news and he's overprotective over Erza and the baby.

Natsu had been there for me all the time. He fulfilled my every need. Sometimes he annoyed me when he wouldn't let me do the dishes. I kept telling him I could do certain things also but he ignored me. I guess that was Natsu's way of trying to keep me unharmed in any possible way but even though Natsu was so good to me, something was missing.

Every time Natsu did the chores, I would imagine him as Gray and I didn't want to break Natsu's heart. I thought I would at least give him a chance but each time I tried to go on a date with him, Gray always invaded my thoughts and I knew I couldn't go through with the date when another boy was on my mind. That was just wrong.

I hadn't told Natsu that Gray was the real father. I just couldn't bring myself to confess to him because if I did, I know I wouldn't see him smile or be happy for a while until someone like Lisanna makes him fall in love again.

Gray and I were on friendly terms. We had agreed to forget about everything. Gray didn't know that I knew he's the father. That's why every opportunity I got alone, I went to hang out with Gray. I wanted to get close with him so my baby will have a father before it is brought into this world.

Juvia had been slipping out of the guild every weekend. I found out she had gave Lyon a chance and they were dating. She told me she was actually starting to fall for Lyon and he was a great boyfriend. I was happy for her.

Gajeel and Levy were dating too. Levy ended up asking Gajeel out and he said yes. She had taken my advice. She said he was taking way too long to make a move and she was getting impatient so she decided to make it for him.

Evergreen and Elfman has been sneaking around the guild but I caught them and they had to reveal their relationship. Apparently Lisanna made Elfman confess on Evergreen's birthday and she had said yes.

Lauxus and Mira had been flirting for a while now. They both denied their feelings for each other but who gives someone a kiss on the cheek every morning if you don't even like them?? Apparently Lauxus does, they even flirt in front of everyone and still claims they are 'just' friends.

Freed had been moping around but broke out of it when he started bringing a mage to the guild named Laura. She used to live in America but both her parents were Japanese and rich.

I was excited for tomorrow. Erza and I were finally going to get our ultrasounds. The genders of the babies will be revealed soon.

I couldn't wait.
