The Space Between Us

The pool (4)

"O-M-G!" I hear Alex yell.

I jump up, the best to my ability. Instead I fall off the couch and hit my head.

"What's wrong? I say rushing to where Alex and everyone is yelling. I go out in the yard and O-M-G. There is a...pool. A huge pool in fact. Peyton is in the pool with cloths. The boys are taking there shirts off. I'm standing watching them. All of a sudden I see them all looking at something up front. I turn my head to look when Peyton suddenly grabs my legs and drags me in the pool. When I get out I see only a glimpse of a car leaving.

"What's going on?" I say getting out.

"Nothiiing-" They all say together.

"Who was that?" I ask again.

"Nobody." They all say agin.

I give Alex a glare. If there is anything Alex can't do; it's keep a secret.

"I am not saying anything." Alex says.

I go back inside and lock the back door. Ha; they'll have to stay out there. I also lock the front door and any windows. I learned my lesson with Luke. They soon realize I'm not coming out so they get out and come to the door. When they realize it's locked they see red. They keep knocking. I make eggs and make sure I rub it in there faces. I get on the couch and start reading a book. Finally after two hours of torturing them I open the door and let them come in; boy are they mad. Luckily though they're dry.

"How about we go to Qdoba?" I ask.

We all get ready. We get to our cars. Joe and Peyton take one. Alex, Noah, and I take my car.

"So..." I say.

"So what?" Noah ask.

"Who's car was that?"

"We don't know what your talking about." Noah and Alex say together.

I start playing 'Friday' by: Rebecca Black

"Turn that off!" They yell.

"Not until you tell me who that was."

After about ten minutes I change the song to 'Rewind' by Kid ink. They won't crack. That means I'll have to try someone new...Peyton

I've tried everybody. They won't spill. I have a feeling that I won't need to wait for long. I have a feeling I'll figure it out real soon...

We get back home and I let the dogs out. I go up to my room and again there is that car. I step out on my balcony that I never knew I had. I open the door. The car is black. Maybe it's a stalker? Finally the car leaves. I lay on my bed and I'm almost asleep when Peyton brings a package in my room. What could it be?
