Pillar Of White

It's almost quiet here
With nothing to fear.
In this light,
It's almost hard to fight.

On my chest by my mirror,
There stands my beauty of white pillar.
In this light I can't understand,
Why faith and righteousness can't be stand.

But, Oh Lord, with my beauty there,
I can't help but be in prayer.
I know now Lord, why it was easy.
Because, the goddess of wisdom,
Lived in candlelight.

Lord, sometimes I wonder,
How could they believe back yonder?
Then I remember...
It's hard not to when the world,
By darkness was flooded.

By light we now live...
But to what expense?
