They met in a park.
A place of peace.
Her name was Grace.
It all started with a small lark,
Resting on a tree stump."Beautiful, isn't it?"
A simple sentence,
That changed everything.
His name was Keith.
The spark was instant. It was beautiful to witness.
Two souls coming together,
A marvel of beautifulness.
They didn't know it would last forever.
Pay attention now.He had left his guard down,
For the girl with the brown eyes.
She loved him with a fierceness,
Made of a burning fire.
And they burned like a forest filled with gasoline. They first kissed,
On a Saturday.
His hand for hers missed.
And so, they had kissed on a Saturday.
It was a sunny day. They gave up everything for each other.
She had given up her house.
He gave up his money for a ring.
They got married on a Friday.
A beautiful Friday. Now, they have two kids.
A boy, a girl.
Still he only shows his heart to her.
For her eyes only.23/04/2017

Author's Note:
Hey guys!
So I broke my one rule. I'm sorry. I know the description said "non-romantic" but this was brewing and I honestly wanted to share it. I hope you enjoyed it nonetheless.
This poem was going to turn out another way but I'm happy it turned out this way.
Just a small tip: listen to One Direction's If I Could Fly while reading this.
I hope you have a great day!
Xoxo,
