Avery's POV
Harry dropped us off at Nialls. I wasn't in the mood to be around him. Not at all. He hurt me and did something to make Jamie equally as pissed. So I walked ahead of him and sat on the porch. I didn't want to be here with a guy who claims 'he has no girlfriend'. It makes me furious.
"Why are you sitting out here? Aren't you gonna come inside?" I'm heard Niall ask but I didn't look at him.
"No, I'll probably just call Jamie to get me." I say standing up and dusting off my jeans.
"Why would you do that?" Niall asked. I looked at him with a glare
"Because, ex girlfriends don't go into ex boyfriends houses." I huff with my arms crossed. Niall looked taken back
"Whoah whoah! Who said anything about breaking up?" He said with a confused look
"You did! Apparently I'm not your girlfriend." I exclaim madly.
"When did I say that?" He acts. Who does he think he's fooling?
"You did when the girl at the counter asked if you had a girlfriend. You said no!" I said raising my voice to get my annoyance clear. He freezes for a moment and his eyes become wide.
"You didn't happen to be the one who told that Jamie right?" He asked stupidly. I cross my arms and nod.
"Of course I did! She's my best friend."
"I am so fucked" he comments as he pushes the palm of his hands into his eyes.
"What do you mean?"he opened his mouth to say something but was cut off when a black range over skids into the driveway with a angry looking Harry coming out. He storms over here as Jamie comes rushing after him. But sadly Harry beats her to Niall.
Harry takes his fists into Nialls shirt and lifts him off his feet and presses him to the wall.
"You think it's fine to yell at me for hurting Jamie. But then you go and hurt her yourself? What kind of man are you!" Harry shouts in Nialls face.
"What's he talking about?" I ask Niall as Jamie stands by my side.
"I-I don't know." Niall confirms and Harry pushes him to the wall again.
"Explain now, or else your gonna be black and blue." Harry threatens as he drops Niall. All three of us waiting for an answer. Niall gulps and looks at all three of us,then looks like he's lost.
"Ok, I have a perfectly good explanation." He says as we turn to Harry at the sound of his irritated voice.
"Well say it." He says with his teeth clenched.
"First, Avery I'm sorry what I said. What you heard is actually not what all I said. I told the girl many wonderful things about you. I denied saying I had a girlfriend because I accepted that I had a beautiful girlfriend. I'm sorry you didn't hear the right words but I didn't know you were behind me, I'm sorry." He apologizes as he looks me in the eyes. I smile and nod.
" I forgive you." I say and he smiles. He then turns to Jamie but her face is turned so she doesn't have to look at him.
"Jamie, I'm sorry I went off on you. I would've just said things more rationally but I was a little steamed from yesterday. I was infuriated that you accepted Harry back so easily. If I did that to Avery I would want her to make me work for her forgiveness. But I realized you two don't have that relationship. I went off on you to get all the anger off my chest, I was mad because I was scared that if something like that happened again that it would be worse. I trust Harry but if alcohol did that to him,it could do it again. I understand you were defending your friend and I was out of line when I pushed you. I was just as much the bad guy on that part as Harry was yesterday. And I didn't realize it til now. I'm sorry. Forgive me?" Niall explains sweetly. It warmed my heart with the fact he did that because cared for her. Made me know I couldn't have a better boyfriend. As wrong as it was,what he did to Jamie. He owned up and asked for forgiveness. Jamie sighed and nodded. Niall wrapped his arms around her and gave her a hug.
Now it was the time we were waiting for. Harry's explanation.
"Harry mate, I'm so sorry for putting my hands on Jamie. I was just frustrated because I have seen you not happy with girls in the past and you would drink your problems away. But now that you have one you cared about,your solution hurt her. I didn't mean to stir up so much trouble. I hope you can forgive me mate." He says in honesty. Harry quiet for a few seconds until Jamie impatiently hit his arm.
"Fine,were good." He says and Niall smiles.
"Let me make it up to you guys,movie night." He says and Jamie nods.
"Deal." She kisses him on the cheek before joining Harry into Nialls house.
Niall stood there quietly looking at me.
"Coming?" He asked with a little bit of fright in his voice. I smiled and hugged him.
"Thanks for being so rash." I said as he leaned down and gave a sweet lingering kiss.
"Your welcome." He says and gives another lingering kiss,making me want more. But he stops me. "Save it for the movies." He winks as I giggle and we walk in.
I hope Harry and Jamie have a fun time,because I'll have a different kind of fun time.
