The Title and Cover design
Good, simple design and title. More often than not, I find that the books with the simplest of titles have the most profound meanings. That attracts a reader well. So, good job on that.
I would like to mention however, a little more graphic detail in the book cover wouldn't hurt.
No negative points here.
The Description
Truly a hooking description. Simple and to the point, it looks remarkably professional. The plot, though not the most unique, promises a lot.
The description plays a huge role in capturing a reader's attention, and you have succeeded in doing just that.

The Story
Here comes the main thing. One of the best features of your story I that the character development of your MC is phenomenal. It instantly connects with the reader. Your writing skills are well developed, and the plot deviates slowly from the cliche, which is a great thing.
Another point to be mentioned is that you can insert little humorous parts in serious situations with ease, something which I believe to be hard. That is a very helpful skill. And also, all the cliffhangers apart from the one in the first chapter, are really good.
Now the negative points. There is a definite lack of commas in certain places, which may confuse the reader. That needs to be fixed. Also, I forgot the names of the 11 brothers as soon as I read them, except for those of the twins. The reason is that only the twins have unique characters, much like the Weasly Twins in Harry Potter. Your twins are similarly well potrayed. But then, the rest 9 brothers are not. That is a real confusing part.
Final Opinion: Thumbs Up!
The book really has great potential. I am surprised to see that it hasn't gained as much popularity as I would like to believe. With a little editing, it could become good enough to be featured in Wattpad. I suggest you join a book club or two, to bolster your audience numbers.
