I felt heat on my face assuming it was the sun and began to slightly open my eyes. I started to get up until I felt something holding me back, I looked to find an arm snaked around my waist, already knowing it was Gabe I stared at how peaceful he looked.
"Mornin" he said in a husky voice,while giving his famous smile. God did I love his morning voice.
"Morning" I smiled back
"Sleep well?"
"Yea I didn't have anymore nightmares because you were there holding me tight, and keeping me safe"
"Makes sense, after all I am capable of doing that with this body" he smirked and gestured to his muscles
"Hmmm.....where did you get that idea" I teased
"Oh I don't know then but I guess next time when a certain someone..." he said looking at me with a evilish smirk "Has a nightmare and needs comfort I'll just carry on with my da-"
"Ok!..Ok!...I get it, sorry"
"That's what I thought, now go freshen up I'll have breakfast ready by the time you get out"
"Ugh...fine" I climbed off the bed and walked in the bathroom, and locked the door.
Once I heard Gabe leave the room I stripped out of my clothes and went into the shower. I put it on hot and just stood in there for about 15 minutes.
"Oh fuck, forgot about my bruises and scars" it burned so much since I forgot all about them
After I finished I got out. Put my hair in a messy bun and brushed my teeth. After I washed my face and unlocked the bathroom door and walked out and found a note.
Were going out today where something comfortable -Gabe
After putting on my undergarments I grabbed my camouflage joggers, my black tank top, my black leather jacket and my red and gold LeBron soldiers.
I began walking down the stairs to find Gabe wearing a black long sleeve shirt with the sleeves rolled up, white joggers, and brown sperrys. I didn't realize I was staring until I heard Gabe chuckle which brought me back to reality.
"I enjoy you staring at how good I look but you don't look to bad yourself" he said with a wink.
"Why thank you good lad" I bowed while saying it with an accent.
"You ready for our date?"
"Date?, or hangout"
"Whatever you want it to be"
"Just us?"
"Just us" he grabbed his keys and headed out the door. He held the door open for me. As I was heading towards the door I grabbed my phone and saw I had 10 unread messages from Suzie and 1 unread message from a private number.
I walked to car and buckled my seat belt. Then began reading the messages.
Suzie:Heyyy Gurl. Wassup?
Suzie:Hello?
Suzie: Are you ignoring me?
Suzie:Ohhh your with Gabriel aren't ya
Suzie:Well tell him i said hi
Suzie: Can you at least lemme know u alive?
Suzie:Wtf? Kacey?
Suzie:Swinton said that you guys should ball later.
Suzie:HELLO?!?
Suzie: Ok well when you feel like acknowledging me then we'll talk.
Private Number: You may have beat us at Boomers but we'll be back. We always come back. Watch your back bitch, and tell hottie to call me.
Me to Suzie:Hey yah sorry was hanging with Gabe but I'll hyu later
Me to Private Number: Whatever slutty twins. I' ll just beat both of your asses again so really YOU should watch your back before you guys get pounded xoxo sluts.XD.
Then I flipped my phone over and sat back to enjoy the ride ahead of us since Gabe said it was probably 45 minutes away.
