Chapter 19 - Grief

Gabriel's P.O.V.

No..She be can't dead

"I'm so sorry Ga--" I interrupted Cicy

"Don't" was all I said before running to my car and driving to the tree, where I took Kacey before this Hell came along.

I parked my car and walked to the tree and started climb it. Once I reached the top I layed down in one of branches, remembering memories with Kacey like when I first brought Kacey here....

Flashback

"What is there something on me?"

"There's nothing on your face"

"Then why were you staring at me like that"

"Because you look so beautiful with the New York's lights shining on your face. It shows your inner beauty completely, and best part is there's no make up just your natural beauty taking place right now"

"Aww did I make Kacey blush again"

"Shut up"

"Don't worry its pretty nice to know I have that affect on you" I heard her thoughts

"If you wanted me to that badly, you should've just said so"

"Yes you do" I heard her again

"Now I do recall you wanting me to kiss you correct, well lucky for you I've been wanting to kiss you ever since the day I met you" and with that I leaned in and kissed her, it was a soft and sweet kiss. We continued for about 20 seconds then finally pulled apart.

"Not to bad a kisser Diaz"

"You either hot shot" She playfully said, then we climbed down the tree and went to the car.

The ride home was silent but a loving silence not an awkward one. Once we got home I went upstairs and into the bathroom, stripped, showered, grabbed a shirt and basketball shorts and climbed into bed whispered goodnight to Kacey and we went to sleep.

FlashBack of when they went to Six Flags

"Eeeee, im so excited" she said. Shes so energetic its cute.

We started walking towards the entrance and handed the guy our ticket, and then they let us in.

"How about we go on that one" I said pointing at the ride called FireBall.

"U-uuuh how about we go on CloudSurfer  instead" she was scared. Which only made me want to make her go on it more.

"Nope, its settled then were going on FireBall" I said and dragged her towards that ride.

"Nooooo, do you want me to die?" She questioned with thd puppy eyes, but those don't work on me. Because Suzie does it so often ots basically useless against me.

"Obviously not"

"Please any ride but this one" she pleaded

"Nope, lifes to short to go on baby rides" I said

"Yea just like lifes to short to DIE!!!" She said shouting the word die at the end.

"True but guess what?"

"What?"

"I dont care" I said in a mocking tone

"So cruel" she mumbled

"Oh and another thing"

"What?" She asked confused

"You were arguing with me the whole way to the ride, that you didnt even realize that we were next" I said and began to laugh

"Oh shit, I'm turning around" she tried to turn around to leave, but i grabbed her arm and pulled her back towards me.

"Nope your not going anywhere" I said and shoved her into the roller coaster seat and the guy locked us in so couldnt get out even if we wanted to.

"Shit" I heard her mutter to herself before the ride started.

It started to rock back and forward untill we were spinning around  and upside down. Once the ride was done I dragged her to Tower of Terror.

Thats the ride where it takes you up all the way in the air and because you can't see the top it drops you out of nowhere.That one is probably my absolute favorite ride.

"Gabe, ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?!"

She said basically screaming in my ear.

"No just chill you'll be fine" I said which seemed to calm her down a little.

We climbed on the seat and the guy working the ride came by and locked us down pretty tight. After everyone one is in , the ride started to lift up high at a medium pace.

Then after about 10seconds it just dropped. Then all you could here was screaming, along with Kacey basically losing her voice.

"Fuck that was fast " I said while helping her out. She just glared at me and I couldn't help but laugh.

We rode more rides, basically as many as we could till our bodies gave out. Then we decided we should eat since it was 5:30 and I needed to get home to kick some ass on xbox one on NBA2k16.

"What are we going to eat?"she asked as her stomach growled.

"Funnel Cake one for me and you"

"Ok" she said and I got up to one of the stands.

"That'll be 24.79 sit" I gave him a 50 dollar bill and he gave me my change and then I left.

"Here you go m'lady" I said in a british accent.

"Thank you, good lad" she said mocking my accent.

"You dont have the sexy tone in your voice like me" I said while smirking at her. We talked for a while and then realized it was 11:00 and started to headback to the car.

Kacey passed out so once we got home. I carried her bridal style to her bed. I was already super tired myself so I just slept with her just in case she had a nightmare again, and thats how our night ended.

FlashBack Over

After remembering that I just cried. Actually cried. Gosh I'm such a wreck.

KNOCK.KNOCK.

"Hey Gabe its us, please open up"I lifted my head up but didn't answer.

Then I heard "Lets just go we'll try again tomorrow maybe he isn't ready" I put my head back down and cried.

Why'd you leave me Kasey why.

Then my window opened....

Suzie, she always does that when I don't open the door

"Hey you ok?"

I started crying again and she hugged me and comforted me and we both ended up crying in each others arms to sleep..............................

Hey Guys sorry for the super late update. I've been doing editing to all of the chapters making sure they were good. Anyway this book may end soon, I'm thinking of doing a squel but I'm not entirely sure comment, if I should or not. If not then I'll work on the book I'm excited for.
