Chapter 30 - A Dream Come True

-8 years Later-

Kacey's P.O.V.

I woke to Gabe next to me, along with the sun shining in the room of the apartment.

We moved about 2 years ago since the apartment was cheaper then the houses that were being sold. We ran out of space to put little Jackson my first born, so we decided to get a new place. Nothing too crazy just something that'll fit atleast 2 kids and what do you know.

I had 2 kids.

Jackson is our 4 year old son and Lily our 2 year old daughter. They are BOTH HANDFULLS but I love them.

We couldn't really decide on a name after I gave birth to Jackson, then I thought of Samuel Jackson, who was a soldier that fought during the Civil War, the ACTUAL ONE not the movie that came out with Captain America.

Google him if you have no idea who he is.

So I thought of him and thought 'why not name him Jackson'. Then that's pretty much how we named him.

Then we named Lily from lily pad. That was Gabes idea since I got to name Jackson, well 'Jackson'.

Before Lily was born I went back to school and did college, since I hadn't done it because my adoptive parents didn't want me to expand my education.

But it was online so I was still able to help out while doing that. Once I finished and graduated I got my bachelors degree. Then started planning on what and where to do next. 

Anyway, now that your mostly caught up.......

It's Saturday at 7:00.a.m. right now, and what am I doing up? Making sure Lily didn't fall out of her crib, since she has been doing that a lot lately.

She moves ALOT in her sleep.

I saw she hasn't moved and that she was in the same spot that I had her in yesterday. She's so cute I cuddle with her for at least an hour every night then get myself to bed. Sometimes if Gabe is home early he'll do it but most of the time its me.

Gabe no longer works at Nike Outlet he actually works as a lawyer, and most of the time he's a defensive one.

Google it if you don't know what they are. Sorry if I come across as rude but I'm REALLY lazy if you couldn't tell.

Soo......

He's won most of his cases actually, but I wouldn't really mind, or be bothered by him loosing them, because lawyers get the money win or loss.

Me on the other hand I work at Acura Inc., I don't make car dealerships but I'm a programmer. So basically the person who helps make ads and fixes any problems with the systems.

So that's pretty much our life now.

I was in the kitchen about to make myself something to eat when I heard an ear piercing scream, which woke up Lily.

Kids. The main stress in a parents life, but you gotta love them.

"Mommy!!!" Jackson screamed

"Yes Jackson?"

"Daddy won't wake up!!"

"Honey Daddys sleeping"

"But that's not Fair"

"Just wait until he wakes up, I have to feed Lily"

"But mommy!!"

"Jackson look Bubble Guppies is on!"

"Yay!!" then he ran and sat on the floor to watch.

While I went to get some baby food for Lily. I opened up her high chair and placed her in it while I got the banana flavored baby food.
