New Year to begin or Nah?

Kayla's prov:

Today is a new year and my family always have a party but my auntie that host most of the party's didnt invite the people that be fighting this time. I woke up at 7:00 am because Jamirah was crying.I went to her room and took her out of her crib then rocked her back in forth in the rocking chair.I feed her a bottle and gave it to her she drunk it and fell back to sleep.I went back downstairs and tried to go back to sleep . After 40 minutes Janay started crying I was about to get up but Chres offered to do it.He got up from out of the bed and went to go see what she was crying for.When he got up I went back to sleep.

Rocs prov:

I got up out of my bed to go see why was Janay crying.I went upstairs and into her room and took her out of the crib.She had a stinky diaper I laid her down on the diaper changing thing and changed her diaper but she was still crying like she was dying or something.Then I made her a bottle but she didn't want it.

Roc:Nay why are you still crying, try to help your daddy out here.

But she was still crying so Roc had sat in her rocking chair and tried to roc her back to sleep but it didn't work.He was about to give up than he thought about taking her temperature.He drugged in her diaper bag and got the pink little pouch out with all the medical stuff in it like a baby thermometer, nail clippers, q-tips, medicine ect. He checked her temperature it read 108 degrees.He thought about taking her to the hospital first but, then he gave her some medicine she tried to spit it out but he kept it in her mouth.Then he just had took her downstairs with him and put a cold rag on her forehead. Then took her in his room where a play pin was at.

Kayla:*In a tried voice* Why was she *yawns* crying so much.

Roc:Because she has a fever that should be going down.

Kayla:What my baby has a fever.

Roc:Yeah.

Kayla:Check her temperature again.

Roc:Ok.

I get up and check it, but it only went down a little bit it had read this time 105 and everybody knows to take a baby to a hospital when the temperature is 104 degrees or up . We have been trying to get her fever down for about 2 hours already and it was still high.So we put on our clothes and put on the baby clothes too we but they regular clothes on them.A snow suit and a coat.I out them in their carseats and I drove down to Urgent Care as fast as I could.I took her out of her carseats while Kayla had Mirah. We went inside only to see that there wasn't anybody in the waiting room.I went up to the front desk.And this lady named Windy was there.

Windy:Hi how may I help you.

Roc: Yes ,Can I see a doctor for Janay August she has a high fever that isn't going down for us.

Windy:Ok put on this wrist band and put this one on for her and your doctor is in room 2.Don't ask me why he's in room 2 but he is his name is Dr.Green.

Roc:Ok thank you.

Me,Kayla,Mirah,and Nay all went to room 2 where our doctor was at.

Dr.Green:I see your daughter has a fever.*Turns in his chair*Wait which one is it that has the fever.

Roc:The one that I'm holding.

Dr.Green:Awww ok *puts on gloves* Can you open her mouth for me.

I open up her mouth and he takes a popsicle stick and places it on her tongue.

Dr.Green:Does the other one has a tooth coming in.

Kayla:Yeah.Why?

Dr.Green:Because she has a tooth coming in to but also has a swelled throat too.But to keep this from happening use this medicine put it in her bottle with some juice.And place this baby gel on both of their teeth and gums everyday and if this happens again call the doctor and we well see what we can do.

Roc&Kayla:Ok thank you.

Dr.Green:Your welcome.Btw how old are you guys.

Roc:I'm 23.

Kayla:I'm 20.Why did you ask us our ages.

Dr.Green:I was just wondering you guys look younger than you are.

Kayla:Oh.

I grab the girls and we get back in the car and go back home we finally got Janay to go back to sleep.We went to back sleep and decided not to go the party and also they had cancelled it to because it was pretty bad on the rode's.
