YOU'RE P.O.V

"You need a place to hide from them???" I curiously asked.

"Yes. (Y/N), don't you know anywhere around here where i could stay until they rule out this area?"

"Yeah I just..."

"Good. You will take me there tomorrow evening, got it?"

"Yes..." I hesitantly answered.

Phil had stolen from a man he often settled "deals" with, and now he was looking for Phil desperately.

-

"This is it." I said as we walked up to a small, dirty, abandoned brick house that was in a nearby hiking trail that no one ever knew about since it was off limits.

This used to be a place I often used to come to when I was upset, or needed a place to be alone when I was younger.

Phil stepped through a hole in the side of the house to look inside.

"Is this... an *NSYNC pencil???" I heard Phil call from the corner of the house.

My face immediately lit up belittling the fact that I was showing Phil a hide out because he was in trouble.

I took the pencil from Phil and examined it laughing. He only looked at me like I was insane and made a "tch" sound while walking back to the car.

I put the pencil in my pocket and walked back out to the car along with Phil.

(PLEASE NOTE: this is NOT the reason Phil hid from them in present time)

"Have you any idea where the hiking trails are in Almont?"

"Yeah... that's where he is you're assuming?"

"Yes... if I knew of any place, that'd be it."

Caleb and I stayed silent the whole way there, which wasn't very long.

Once we pulled up to the site, Caleb immediately barged out of his car and fast walked down the trail.

"Caleb! Wait! Please!" I yelled as I ran after him.

"Don't hurt him. If you know what's best for you, you'll listen to me!" I exclaimed, now next to him.

Caleb said nothing, but instead only walked faster once he saw the small brick house.

He ran inside and I sprinted after him. I stepped inside, my breath raged.

"I thought I'd told you, (Y/N), not to find me-"

"Listen Phil, I don't know who you think you are but-"

Phil stood up, his hands clenching onto something covered by the darkness.

Next thing I knew, I heard a slice and a thud as Caleb fell to the ground.
