So I do recommend doing this one. It is a good way to test your mind. It isn't scary but I want y'all to know.
So what you do is that you will get comfy in bed and lie still for 20-30 min. Do not move do not open your eyes do not itch or scratch. If you do, start all over again. Do not fall asleep either.
When you have succeeded you might hear noises or feel a weight on your chest. Now you are in sleep paralysis. Now you can control your dreams. Good luck!!
