The Woman

In June of 1972 a woman came to a hospital in blood soaked clothing. Now this may not have been that disturbing because the highway near the hospital had a lot of wrecks. But there were two things for people to vomit in terror.

The first thing being, is that she wasn't exactly human. She resembled something of a mannequin, but she had the same dexterity and fluidity as a normal human being. Her face, was flawless as a mannequins with devoid eyebrows and smeared in makeup.
From the moment she stepped into the hospital entrance to when she was in to the emergency room and cleaned up and prepped for sedation, she was completely calm, motionless and expressionless.
The doctors thought it best to restrain her until the authorities arrived. She did not protest. They were unable to get any response from her.

The second that the staff tried to sedate her, she fought back with extreme force. Two staff members had to hold her down. She stared at them with the same blank expression.
She turned her eyes toward the doctor and did something unusual. She smiled.

As she did, the female doctor screamed and let go out of shock. In the woman's mouth, were not human teeth but long sharp spikes. Too long for her mouth to close fully.
The male doctor stared at her, then slowly whispered "What are you?"

She leaned close to his ear and whispered three words,

"I"

"Am"

"God"

The doctor went into a coma and died.
