Chapter 1

            I slam my hand down on to my alarm clock to shut it up, and then I groan and roll out of bed not wanting to but also not wanting to get hit this morning even though I know I probably will. I stand up and walk to my closet and look at the few clothes I have and sigh and pick out some grey skinny jeans, a white shirt, and my worn out converses, I then walk into the bathroom and closed the door behind me. I turn on the shower as hot as it will go and then strip and get in. After I quickly washed my body and hair with my strawberry body wash and shampoo I jump out and dry off then get dressed. After I was fully clothed I quickly dry my hair until it was damp then I pulled it up into a sloppy ponytail, I walked out of the bathroom and into the hallway and went into the kitchen to make breakfast for the pack.

            I quickly made enough pancakes, bacon, and eggs to feed up to 40 people, and then made the table and set out the food for everyone and then went back into the kitchen to clean it before anyone came downstairs. Right after I finished my brother Cameron came down the stairs and when he saw me standing there he glared and said to me, “What are you staring at slut?” I looked down and stayed quiet and hoped he would leave it alone but luck was not on my side today because I heard him walk up to me and I heard him ask me again what I was looking at so I looked up shyly and said, “Nothing.” He growled and slapped me in the face just because he could and then the rest of the pack came down including the alpha and they all sat down and ate without even thanking me but I don’t even know why I would even think they would because they never do. After they finished they got up and left for school so I quickly cleaned up the table and sighed because I would have to walk to school.

30 minutes later…

            When I finally got to school I sighed again because I was late so I hurried and walked into the building and then ran into someone and by the sparks I felt I had a feeling that it was my mate and it was confirmed when I looked it the eyes of my alpha and my wolf screamed ‘MATE’. My heart started pounding but it stopped at the next words that came out of my mate’s mouth. Madison looked at me with disgust on her face and then she said,”Did you really think I would be happy to be mated with a slut like you? You are nothing but a waste of space, so I, Madison Wolf, Alpha of Blue Moon pack, here by reject you, Ashe Knight, as my mate.”

             I felt tears push against my eyes but I didn’t let them fall and what I said surprised both me and Madison. I nodded and said,” I, Ashe Knight, here by accept your rejection.” Then I turned around and ran back to the house and ran up to my room and packed everything I owned into a small suitcase and with tears running down my face I wrote a note and stuck it on my mattress and ran out of the house and I shifted and continued running.
