Chapter 3

         After my shower I go into Nick’s office to see him on the phone with someone and from what I could hear it was a girl. I looked at him with a questioning look and he nodded towards the chair in front of him and he told the person on the phone, “Well I will have to ask my pack warrior if they would be willing to train you. I’ll call you back tomorrow.” After that he hung up the phone and looked at me and sighed, then he said, “I need to ask you something Ashe and you are probably not going to like it.” I glared at him and waited for him to tell me.

*Nick’s POV*

            I sighed and looked at the ground not really wanting to tell her because she will get mad. I then said, “There is a pack that needs our help because of a rogue problem. So they are asking me if I will send some of my pack members over there to train them.” She looked confused and asked me, “Why would I not like helping someone how to fight?” I gulped and quietly told her, “Because it’s your old pack that needs help.” She growled and got up and left slamming the door behind her.

*Madison’s POV*

Three years ago…

            I watched Ashe run away from me and my wolf yelled at me ‘WHY DID YOU DO THAT’ and I growled at her and walked to class. After school me and my pack went back home and Ashe’s scent was faint so I gasped silently and quickly walked to her room to see that it was empty and there was a piece of paper on the mattress, I picked it up and read it. It said, Dear who ever cares, I’m leaving and never coming back. Don’t try to find me because you won’t. The reason I left is because I couldn’t deal with the abuse anymore. I also found my mate, but she rejected me. I thought when I found my mate that they would end all the abuse but no she was one of the main ones doing it. Anyway, bye I hope to never see any of you again. -Ashe. I heard my wolf whimper and then she was silent I sighed and got up to find Nicole to have some fun and to clear my mind.

Three years later…

            It’s been three years since Ashe left and today is her birthday. I roll over to see Nicole lying naked beside me and I grin a little and get up to take a shower. I got out of the shower to see Nicole just waking up, she hears me and looks at me and she smiles and says to me, “Good morning babe. Now come here so we can continue what we started last night.” I smirk and walked and got in bed with her. I kissed her and took my shirt off.

*Ashe’s POV*

            After Nick told that we had to train the Blue Moon pack I ran out the house and shifted into my beautiful white wolf and took off running. So much for a good birthday.

Three hours later…

            I finally got back to the house after my run and I shifted back into my human form. I’ve changed a lot in the three years that I’ve been gone. I still have blonde hair but now it has black and blood red highlights, my eyes are now bright and alive and they are still blue, I have snakebites, and I have a lot of tattoos. I walked into the house and almost ran into Hunter, she looked surprised and then a look of relief came on to her face. She hugged me and kissed and said, “Oh thank goodness. I thought you left for good.” I shook my head and kissed her again and took her hand and pulled her into the bedroom.
