Jia's POV:
I felt someone wrap their arms around me, making me squeal and I shut my locker, before turning around, only to come face to face to Chenle.
"Hey." I smiled at him, but I noticed something off about him, he wasn't smiling and he just looked sad in general.
"Did you.. You know.." I tried to ask, but I was afraid that he would get mad or something and he let out a low chuckle.
"Break up? Yeah.." His eyes watered a bit and I quickly pulled him into a hug, before shushing him.
I knew how happy he was with her even though she treated him like trash and he must've been so heartbroken.
"Let's get to class.." I whispered to him, making him nod slowly and I pulled away from the hug, before grabbing his hand and dragging him with me.
"W-we're sitting beside each other, right?" His voice cracked and it was like a bullet to the chest to hear him sound so.. Sad.
"Of course we are!" Giving him a smile, I tried to lighten the mood and we both walked into class. The sight made me furious.
Yeoreum was basically sitting on top of another boy and I looked at Chenle who was looking down, before I dragged him towards our usual seats."Well, that was fast.." He mumbled and I turned to him, before sighing. "She didn't deserve you, you're a much much better person than she will ever be." This made him smile, but it wasn't that big or bright, like his usual smile. "Thank you.." Just as the words had left his mouth, the teacher walked in with a bright smile.
"Hello, class! Today we're going to, or you're going to start working on a project!" She started off, making every single student in the class groan.

"I'm sorry about that, Chenle.." Renjun rubbed his back, but the heartbroken boy only nodded.
"I should've listened to you, Jia." He rested his head on my shoulder, making my heart beat faster and I pouted slightly. "Will you be able to practice today?" He shrugged at my question, before sighing.
"I think it'll be better to get my mind off her.. She was using me.." He whimpered slightly, hiding his face. "Come on, let's get to practice!" Renjun exclaimed, patting Chenle's shoulder and I closed my locker, before following them. "You're going to stay and watch us practice, right?" Chenle asked, just above a whisper and I smiled slightly, before nodding.
"Of course! My best friend is sad!"
We walked to the SM building in silence, but I didn't mind. Everything was too hard for me to handle at the moment and I couldn't even turn to my parents for help, because they were planning a divorce, which only made everything worse. I was still getting over Chenglei's death, but now that Chenle got his heart broken by the worst person in the world, I had to help him through.
"We're here!" Renjun shouted, opening the door and we all walked in, before getting tackled with hugs.
"Hey! My arm is still healing!" I exclaimed, making Jeno laugh and let go, before turning to Chenle."What's up with you?" Chenle smiled at his question, but everyone would be able to tell it was fake and he shook his head.
"I'm.. Okay!" He said, gritting his teeth a bit and Jeno nodded slowly, before walking towards the other guys."Guys, I'll be right back!" I told them, before walking towards the door again and Chenle pouted.
"Where are you going?" Instead of answering, I gave him a smile and walked out of the door, before making my way towards Chenglei's old practice room.
Music was blasting from inside the practice room and I leaned against the wall right beside the door, before sliding down.
"Look Chenglei.. Someone already got your old practice room.." I mumbled to myself, before looking up at the ceiling and I felt a tear trickle down my face.
"How come my world started falling apart, when Yeoreum started in our class?" My voice cracked.
I felt more tears fall, making me wipe my eyes and I continued to talk."I miss you."

Chenle's POV:
I couldn't understand everything they were saying, but I knew they must've been talking about me, because I heard my name a few times.
Mark started talking and the things I could understand were 'she broke up' and 'using him for money and getting into a fight' or something like than and I turned to Renjun, who clearly knew that I was confused.
"I told them why you're so depressed and now they're talking about how stupid they think she is for breaking up with you." He translated for me, which made me nod and I continued to try to understand what they were saying. "What do you say, Chenle?" Jaemin looked towards me and I raised my eyebrows, not completely understanding what they were planning on doing.
"Let's make you and Jia a couple and make Yeoreum jealous!" Donghyuck clapped his hands, while explaining everything slowly to me and I felt myself freeze.
"Jia? But.. We're best friends." I tilted my head slightly, still not understanding why they wanted to set me up with her."You're so obvious!" Mark shook his head, just as Jia walked into the room.
"Who's oblivious?" My eyes wandered around until I felt someone sit down beside me and I turned to Jia, before asking her.
"What does 'obvious' mean?" She thought for awhile, before giving me the translated word and I nodded slowly."Why am I obvious?" The words left me slowly, to make sure I said everything right and I saw Donghyuck face palm.
"It's nothing.." I nodded slowly, before sighing and I rested my head on Jia's shoulder."You tired?" Her question made me nod once again and she laughed slightly.
"Then sleep, it doesn't look like you're going to practice anyways." As the words had left her, I shut my eyes.Obvious.. Why was I obvious?
