A/n: I have never been to Big Bear or in snow. So bear with me ( oh gosh the pun. You may not find it funny because well it's dumb)
~ Rosemary's P.o.v ~
Everyone stepped off of the bus once we reached our destination. Everyone followed the principal and many other teachers to a hotel. Everyone looked at each other confused looking at the hotel. Most were excited.
" Okay let me start off by saying this. No you're not able to pick who you're sharing a hotel room with, we are. Matter of fact we already have. We are not having different genders in the same room due to specific reasons," the principal announces. A few people snicker.
" Okay so like principal Thompson had said you're not choosing your roommates. Our list will be posted here," a teacher says posting it to a wall. Everyone runs over to the paper, pushing the teacher away. I walk up behind everyone and see the list. And my luck has restored people. I am rooming with Kat!
" YES! I GOT ROSEMARY! MY BAE! MY NUMBER ONE LADY! THE HOT GIRL WITH GLASSES IN FRONT OF ME! THANK YOU LORD JESUS WHEREVER YOU ARE BECAUSE YOU HAVE BESTOWED ME WITH AN ANGEL!" Kat shouts. I look at her and laugh, grinning wide. I hear Matt mumble something under his breath. I turn to him.
" Who did you get?" I ask.
" Who else? My worst enemy and your bus partner," Matt sighs.
" Sucks for you! Ha you must deal with my pain now. Oh and beware of water bottles," I tell him.
" Water bottles?" he says, confused.
" You'll see," I mumble. He nods. Kat, Matt and I head inside the hotel and walk over to the many teachers grabbing our room keys. We all step inside the elevator and I look in the corner to see a couple making out. To be more specific Drew and some random desperate chick. Who I am pretty sure doesn't go to our school. Not that I know everyone in our school.
" Sheesh I didn't know the elevator was a make out booth," Kat whispers to me. The elevator stops and the girl pulls away from Drew, winking at him and stepping out. The elevator closes once again and the elevator music I did not know was playing due to the noises coming from the corner. I hum to the elevator music and make up a little dance. Kat sees me dancing and copies my moves. And just like that we won Americas Got Talent. Nope we didn't, but if we did that would be cool.
" Why are the both of you dancing like ostriches?" Drew ask.
" Just so you know ostriches are amazing dancers," I scoff.
" I think you mean in a another world," he mumbles.
" Maybe you should go to another world," I glare.
" Wow what a great comeback," he tells me sarcastically. I glare at him. Suddenly the elevator opens to Kat and I's floor along with the other girls. I step out with Kat and wave bye to Matt. The both of us make our way to the room number on the key. Once we found it I unlocked the door and dragged our bags in. I forgot to mention we grabbed our bags.
I plopped down onto the bed and immediately cuddled with the warm blankets. I was freaking freezing. It was hot where we came from and now its cold. I need to change my clothes. Kat sits at the edge of the bed with a paper in her hand. I sit up and look over her shoulder.
" This is the schedule for our trip. Today we are going to snowboarding lessons, then we are having lunch in a dinning room. Then we have free time from there until about ten at night then we sleep" Kat explains.
