...Shagun gathered Raman's shaky voice and an instantaneous smirk spread over her face. She saw him buying a packet and thrusting it deep inside his pocket, looking everywhere as if he is doing something sinful. She could not wash off that evil grin from her gorgeous face when she walked up to the cab and flew back to her apartment.
On her way, she peeped into the Bhallas' and watched how Ishita was happy with HER kids. HER KIDS! She felt her blood boiling as she remembered how she has lost everything, just because of her unreasonable greed for money. Still, her greed for that and she wanted something that she could not understand. Maybe she wants Raman back! No, she does not want him anymore!
She wants her kids back. Not because she loves them but because she could not take in the truth that Raman and Ishita are happy with HER kids! They have everything when she lost it all. She could not digest the fact that she is literally homeless and is unable to claim anything, even her kids. She was in dilemma of what to do. Only if Ishita were not there, she would have simply entered Raman's life. She would have shown how her kids needs her and would have clung. Alas, that woman has destroyed everything and she wanted her out of Raman's life.
Things would fall into place today. Shagun sighed. One plan and two outcomes that is up to Raman's reaction; either way, she would see how Raman's peace would vanish. Something was cooking in her mind and she was happy about the future consequences. She should party this moment because she so knows, she would win! She decided to party out with some of her friends whom she called up and fixed a time in the expensive hotel out there. She is always behind luxury; she has money that she could seldom think of using for Adi's studies, weirdo.
Taking a long shower, Shagun wore a flossy semi-western dress and walked out of her room. There was Adi taking his books to shift to Iyers'. He has a sleepover there. She huffed while walking out of the flat followed by a grumpy Adi who was missing his papa terribly. It was just six thirty in the evening and Raman was yet to come. Shagun reminded herself of the plan while waving her hand to Adi who silently went inside the Iyers' and soon the room filled with happy exclamations of having him back for the entire night.
"This would be the last time you all would laugh...!" Shagun shrugged her shoulders.
She does not mind what Adi does, because Adi never give a damn to her! However, she cares what happens in the Iyers' life who are connected to Raman and a part of HIS happiness. "Whoosh", she held her hips and arched back. Her silken hair fell back covering her bare back; the top has a deep neck showing off the channel of her well-shaped back; she was not up to seduce someone. She giggled and took out his mobile on watching Ishita walking towards the Bhalla house after buying some pastry for kids.
"Haan Neha...I'm listening! What were we talking well..." Shagun said aloud earning Ishita's attention and her steps slowed down. "Oh glad! What...? Raman!" She said animatedly and Ishita's ears were alert by then. "No yaar. We're divorced. But...he still is kind of after me." She said showing indifference while Ishita shook her head as she knows it is a cocky lie. "But wait...we're not together. After all, he's married...otherwise...I can't imagine...Raman wouldn't have left me for a second I tell you!" Shagun acted cool and mock surprised.
"What's she up to?" Ishita asked mentally while holding the doorknob.
"Kya...? Raman and affair...?" Shagun quizzed walking past Ishita. She turned back to see Shagun who slightly glanced Ishita and resumed talking. "With whom? You saw them? I don't believe this!" She wriggled her head.
