She saw a cello, we're gonna have to listen to her excitedly say 'Cello' a million times and pretend we're excited too." or, if they haven't been around you very long, "Wait, what? Why are you excited? WE'RE IN A ANTIQUE SHOP, THERE'S NOTHING TO BE EXCITED ABOUT. You're pointing at a box! USE WORDS! Cello? It's cello-shaped?"
