it's amazing how something so
sweet
could
crumble
so easilyin his hand
he smashed
her wishes
and let the remains
fall like
ashesshe tries to walk
with
confidence
and by putting
the words onto
paper
she believes
that she's not
hurting any longershe won't allow
him to crumble her
like a pastry
she is not a pastry
she is a 3 tiered cake
that stands tall
and almost scrapes
the skyby putting the words
onto paper
she can't be self-destructiveshe refuses to cry
because nothing
was lostshe just tries to remember
the body of water
that carried her to
heaven
