Book Cover Tips 2

ahh, hey guys!

first, I wanted to tell you all how much you mean to me and how very thankful I am that you all read, comment, and vote on my stories, along with following me. sure, followers don't mean that much on the grand scale of things, but I really am thankful that anyone would go on my profile and click the follow button, cause c'mon guys..I'm seriously a loser haha.

okay but enough of the touchy feely stuff and onto the contest!

so in honor of hitting 24k and because I haven't hosted a contest in quite some time, I thought I'd host another one for you guys. you guys have been asking me for awhile now to host one again, so here ya go!

since I'm in desperate need of a new book cover for this book, I thought I'd make this a book cover contest. however, instead of making it a "make whatever the hell you want" type of cover, I have a few rules on what it can/should look like that I'll tell you later on at the end of this chapter.

RULES

1; NO plagiarizing. I'm sick of seeing it. 

2; Don't be rude about other people's covers; give constructive criticism by any means, but no rude comments please. 

3; You may enter three covers, no more than that. Feel free to switch out one or two as time goes on, but make sure to tell me. 

4; The cutoff date will be December 11th.

5; Tag me in your edit(s). Please don't PM me them. If I don't at least vote on your chapter with your edits after a certain amount of time, please message me. 

6; Have fun and try new things!

PRIZES

1st place; book cover as the cover of this book, a follow, three book covers made by me, and a book trailer for a story of yours if you'd like it. I'll link a few of my examples at the end of this chapter. 

2nd place; one book cover made by me, three icons, ten votes on a story, and a shoutout.

3rd place; two icons made by me, five votes on a story, and a shoutout. 

BOOK COVER REQUIREMENTS 

okay so these are some things I'd like to see on the cover you make. the ones with the * next to them are more important than the others.

1; *Try and make it match whatever cover theme I have going. I like the darker colors such as the blues and purples on my Afterlife series covers and like the cover of this book now. I'd like to stay away from black and white though, unless nothing else looks good on your cover, then it's acceptable. 

2; *Title is Book Cover Tips 2 (you can spell 2 out as two if you want) Author is -voidallison

3; For faceclaims, my favorite people are Candice Patton (Iris West), Crystal Reed (Allison Argent), Halsey, Harley Quinn, Dylan O'Brien (Stiles Stilinski), Tyler Posey (Scott McCall), Octavia Blake, Grant Gustin (Barry Allen), Holland Roden (Lydia Martin), Teen Wolf Cast, The Flash cast, Little Mix, Selena Gomez, Stranger Things cast (Eleven mostly cause aw), Chris Wood (Jake Riley), Laurel Lance, Nina Dobrev (Katherine Pierce), Stefan Salvatore, Stydia, Westallen, Shelley Hennig (Malia Tate), and newtmas. If you have questions of anyone else I like, don't be afraid to ask!

4; It doesn't matter to me if it's simple, manipulated, ect.
