SUPERIMPOSE
i. Open the image you want to use as the background and the add on image as the foreground. First, go to the filter tab and make sure you select the background tab at the top and adjust the blur as desired.

ii. Move your foreground image to where you like it and go to the transform tab. Put the image on screen/multiply (if you want your scribble image to be white, just invert the image under the filter tab and then put it on screen) Merge when done.

iii. Open the same image as the foreground that you used for the background, and then center it as pictured below. Save when done. Add title and then you're finished!
