SUPERIMPOSE
i. Open a white background and your PNG as the foreground. Merge the PNG and then open the shatter image as the foreground (this isn't the exact same as the one in the example, but it's similar). Put the image on screen, adjust to where you want it, and then merge.
ii. Upload a colored image of your choice or a texture or anything really and put it on a blend mode that you like (experiment with this part guys). Use the soft brush to erase any areas you don't like. Merge and then save. Repeat these two steps for your other PNG.
iii. After you are done with both images, upload a white image as the background and your first image you edited as your foreground. Place and then merge. Upload the second image as the foreground, put the image on multiply under the transform tab, and then merge again.
iv. Upload a colored image of your choice as the foreground and put it on darken or whatever looks good under the transform tab. Use the soft brush to erase any areas that you don't like. Merge and feel free to add any additional textures such as the one in the add ons. Save, filter, and then add your title!

COMMENTS
someone had requested this hella old cover (fr like I give you points for even remembering it!) and this was the best I could do from my memory of how I had made it. It's more of a cover you have to play around with to get what you want, but still cool nevertheless.
as for my contest, I will try to post the winners tonight. guys omg...it's going to be so hard to choose. I have like a top 15 favorites right now, haha. it's going to be hell narrowing it down, but thank you guys for your entries; they were all outstanding.
question; would you rather never have the privilege to listen to music again, or only be able to listen to one song on loop forever?
