Now when I say this I don't mean people who are just a little louder than the average no those people are ok. I mean THOSE PEOPLE WHO GOTTA TALK THIS LOUD AND HAVE NO CONTROL. Like their whisper is normal volume. The kid who's always asked to use their "inside voice" like they have one. Please lower your voice for my ears and probably your own too thanks.
