Maybe This Time

Zoe, is an 18 year old senior student at Little Elm High. She is smart, sweet, beautiful but didn't have the right self esteem to claim it. She used to be the girl with pigtails, lots of freckles, glasses and braces. You can probably tell that her childhood wasn't that neat. Well, it was for awhile, until the confession happened. Oh wait, let me slow down for you. Zoe hasn't been alone, she had a bestfriend named Oliver. They pretty much grew up together. They were bestfriends right from the sandbox. They went to preschool together, then kindergarten, they had swimming and gym classes together, piano lessons, they even had schedule of playtime together, they had matching everything, and their friendship went on and on.... not forever though. At the age of 10, Zoe claimed to be inlove with her bestfriend, and when she finally thought it was time, she declared her feelings to Oliver. But, for some reasons, Oliver didnt say anything about it. He just stood there, watched her nervously waiting for his response, then.... he ran away. When Oliver left, nobody protected Zoe from the bullies. She was bullied since the 6th grade all through middle school. But then she decided to be strong for High School. So she started fighting back. She was still bullied though. This is why she wanted to get out of school asap. And this year is finally the last year, she thinks its going to be just the same year all over again. Oh but she is wrong, because, this year, everything is about to change for Zoe...
