Why I don't wear my spectacles you ask?
Well,
Spectacles enable me to see.
For me to see far ahead.
Maybe it's just me not wanting to look into your eyes filled with disappointment
Or maybe it's just me not even wanting to look at you
I just want the rest of the world to be blurred out,
Is that too much to ask?
And only look at one person whom I know will always be there
Even when I blind myself from the surrounding life.
