Clary's POV

The boys and I were on our way to the New York Institute.  I had chosen to bring Keta and my brother along with me.  Four of my boys had to go to the London Institute to help Emma and the Blackthorns.  The last two are staying in the lair to keep everything in control there.  We had soon arrived to the Institute.  I looked at the time on my watch, 11:58.  Two minutes earlier than we were appointed.  The boys and I waited until 12it was time for us to make our entrance.  I shut the power off with my technopathia, I can manipulate technology, and we entered the Institute doors throwing our hoods over our heads.  We got into place.  Once we were in our triangle, me at the point, Jonathan to my left and Keta to my right, I turned the power back on using my powers.  Everyone gasped at the sudden appearance of the three who stood in front of them.

"Are you the Shadows?" Maryse asked, after she gained her posture.  She has not changed a bit in the past five years.  I nodded in response.  "Can you take off your hoods?  If you are going to be with us for a while we should at least get to see what you look like," Robert, Maryse's husband, asked.  I felt the boys looking at me through the hoods.  I slightly nodded, indicating that they would take their hoods off first.  Keta pulled his hood back and stood straighter so that our hosts could see his face better.  John hesitated.  I understand why, the last time they saw him I was pulling a sword from his chest as he slumped to the ground.  I shuddered at the memory.  Johnathan, having made his decision, pulled his hood down.  There was a collective gasp as the New York Institute took in the boy they thought to be dead.  "Sebas-," Jace started, but was interrupted by John saying, "It's Johnathan.  Whenever Clary stabbed my heart it took all of the evil away and destroyed Sebastian leaving me behind."  "How do we know we can trust you?" Jace asked, being as skeptical as always.  "Because I have learned to trust him," I interjected pulling my hood back letting my messy, curled hair fall over my shoulders.  The New York Shadowhunters stared at me.  I looked down at myself.  I guess I do look different: my hair was darker, I had grown a few inches, my clothes were all black (not my normal colorful look I used to wear), and I was wearing three inch high heels.  I smirked," Take a picture it will last longer."  It took a while for them to finally stop gaping at me," Now, can someone take us to our rooms.  We can meet in the library after we have unpacked our things."  They nodded.  Izzy and Simon (who was now a Shadowhunter.  I know in the chapter before I said Daylighter, but i am going to keep it at him being a Shadowhunter)  guided the boys and I up two flights of stairs and towards the end of a hallway.  "There are three rooms down here.  Clary you know where everything is.  The training room, kitchen, library, et cetera," Izzy said.  Simon was still staring at me with a sad expression.  "We'll meet you in the library in ten minutes," Keta said.  Izzy and Simon nodded as they walked off hand in hand.  I smiled, I'm glad that they stayed together.
