As many people know Shay has an muscle problem and it is verry bad and it is in her eye lids , legs and arms. Shay had to have one sugery on her eye lids and because they were very low. She went through a couple of doctor's appointments and test before the sugery. On the day of the sugery her family was verry scared because she was only 13 and the sugery was on her eyes ( close to her head ). She knew that she had to get it. Shay cried and cried but she knew that she was going to be "Pretty" after the sugery. After 20mins of sugery Shay woke up and went home. when she got home she was in pain because the doctor didnt give her any meds. She cried all night knowing that she couldnt do nothing about it. For a couple of days she healed up slowly and made videos to show her family how she was doing. Her eyes were black , swolen & Puffy for a couple of weeks. She thought that she was going to be pretty right after sugery but she had to heal up. 💯 Shay eyes were open in the matter of 3 weeks but that didnt last long. 😔 after they healed it went back down. She did everything the doctor told her to do as far as the healing prosses went , but it didnt work. Shay still went ahead and attended her normal life. Even though the low lids affected her school work she still mananged to pass and do things ❤
