I'm going to say something that might make a lot of you hate me.
I am a feminist.
When I say that, I'm following the dictionary definition of feminism, not the internet. I think of women like Susan B. Anthony, I support the idea of equal rights for women.
Do I believe that I'm 100% oppressed? No. Do I believe that men are inferior to women? No. I believe that everyone should be treated as an equal. I have a male friend who agrees with me. Yes, male feminists exist.
The people who claim to be feminist, but treat men or others like they're inferior are doing a huge disservice to everyone.
Something cool? The year I graduate, women will have had the right to vote for 100 years.
