I do not encourage violence and am very luckly to have never been in a physical fight, but if I ever have to defend myself, this is how I would do it.
I'm about 5'2 and I'm not very strong. Since I'm shorter, if I fight and you're a guy, I'm not going to be aiming for your face, sweetie.
