Death Wish

Sooooooooo, hopefully this will be a double update!!

My eyes grow wide as me and Jack start to protest, talking over one another.

"What?!"

"You're recruiting her?!"

"Part of What?"

"We don't need her that bad!!"

"Need me for what?!"

Tyler cuts in "Listen up! Stop bickering you two!" we grow silent pissed looks on both of our faces, though mine is probably just a little more shocked and confused. "You two will get along, you do need her, and as for you Vivianna, meet the boys after school."

He smiles and walks off, the bell for the next class rings and students start filing out to their next classes. 

"Don't be late. Meet here." Jack says gruffly, before taking off, the boys following, saying nothing. Sean turns back and smiles at me, then they disappear around the corner.

I sit all through the rest of my classes fidgeting, not able to sit still, eager to know what in hell is going on. Also, I've sent Mari a flurry of about a hundred plus texts, questioning why she's not here at school, none receiving so much as a emoji. Why she's not answering my texts is way out of character for her, she always has her phone with her, and always answers me in under a minute.

Watching the clock, waiting for it to turn 3, I pack up my mind going ninety miles an hour. 

What did I get myself into?

What am I now a part of?

What do they need my help for?

Why doesn't Jack like me...

Woah.... Woa-o-o... thoughts stay on track, why do you care if Jack likes you or not?

The ringing of the bell startles me, causing me to not delve any further on the subject, I dart out of the class with lightning speed. Pushing through the throng of people, I head to my locker. 

Screw it if I'm late, the boys have to wait for me regardless... Otherwise I'm sure Tyler wouldn't be so happy with them

I smirk at the thought of me possibly being such a huge piece of what ever it is their doing that they can't leave me behind. Closing my locker and locking it back up I head down the now not-so-hectic halls, out the front doors.

Scanning the crowd my eyes land on the boys, Jack's head scanning the crowd for me, Alex looking at his phone, and Sean.... well I'm not sure what Sean is doing.

I notice a bunch of girls spread out through the school's lot, all of their attention on the "new hot guys". I realize heading over to their group is gonna be signing me a death wish, Ugh, I should have listened and been on time, now the whole female body is gonna be hating on me for being with the boys.

I take a deep breath in and muster up all the courage I can manage, and make my way over to the group. "Hurry up, everyone is staring at us!" I whisper ferociously "I'm signing a death wish with all the girls just walking up to you guys!"

"That's why we told you to hurry. Get in the car." Jack orders.

I hesitate. "If there is one thing you should know about the group it's you trust each other no matter what." Alex speaks up, he read me like a book.

"Why should I trust you guys? You've given me no reason to." I question taking a small step away from the car.

"We don't have time for this. Get. In. Now." Jack growls at me, more than frustrated, I'd go as far as enraged. 

Sean shakes his head. "Jack, be nice to the girl, she's confused and maybe a little more than frustrated with this situation as well." He looks at me and I give him a kind smile. "Get in, we will explain in the car."

I nod and get in, just to irk Jack, anyways, Sean asked nicely, plus I'll be getting answers I so desperately need.

I close my door and Sean pulls out of the parking lot before I start with the questions.

"What is this 'group' I've seemingly been pulled into? Who are you guys really? Why -" Jack cuts me off. 

"Calm, down.  All in due time...." He pulls up to a run down looking place. "See this place?"

I nod and he continues. "We need to get into there, there's a secret inside that someone needs us to get. You just so happen to be a piece of the key, or so Tyler thinks. Personally I think we can do this without you."

Sean cuts in. "We, do need her, in some odd way, that we know for sure." he looks back at me. "We need your help getting into the safe."

Jack punches Sean in the arm "She doesn't need to know that!"

"You need me to what?!"

YAY! Didn't think I'd update due to being soooo busy with assignments, but I did at a whopping 800 words on the dot!
