Kiley:

My heels clicked against the floor in a steady rythm as I walked down the halls of the school. Everyone waved at me and sent smiles my way and I smiled back before turning my full attention to my best friend as I approached her.

"Tory," I snapped, noticing her kissing the life off one of her many 'boyfriends'. "Get a room."

She quickly pulled away and bashfully smiled at him. She sent him off to his group of friends as he flirtatiously winked at her. I only rolled my eyes and opened my locker to get my stuff out.

I never really butted in her affairs, she's my best friend and I'll accept that part of her even though it's uncomfortable.

"So," she started, blowing her bubble gum and annoyingly chewing on it. "How did the date go?"

My stomach twisted suddenly at the mention of the date, giving me an unpleasant feeling. I closed my locker and gave her a look.

"What do you think?"

She gave me a tight, sympathetic smile. "...he left?" She mumbled.

I nodded simply and walked away just as the bell rung.

He left... just like him.
