Chapter Eight- The Event That Changed Me

I raced to vampire territory. I arrived with Nick and Dylan beside me. Their swords were drawn. I drew mine and walking into the territory. It was quiet. Really quiet.

I walked up to the place where they resided, a old hotel. I walked right in the front door. Nick and Dylan whispered a light spell. The place lite up immediately.

"Give me Alex. I am here for you're deal. Me for him," I shouted.

"Do you love him that much," the vampires flooded out into the lobby. They blocked the exits.

"Of course it's you, Luke," I growled. "Send Alex outside. Let him leave."

"Do you think its that easy? Cuz it isn't," Luke growled.

"Hannah. Run," Alex whispered. "I love you."

Before I could even react Luke slit Alex's throat. I screamed but vampires held me down. I called Nick and Dylan back to me so they wouldn't be injured. Luke licked up the blood that was pouring out of Alex's throat.

Then he stuck his fangs in Alex's throat and drank.

"I love you Alex! I will love you forever," I screamed the spell. Alex's soul must be saved.

I felt it slam into the necklace. I stumbled back. Luke looked up at me, a drip of blood fell down his chin.

"No one gets Alex. I told you to let him go. I would have pledged my soul to you but you killed him. It's all over," I shook my head and began fighting.

The fight didn't last very long, but I killed about half the vampires. Dylan nor Nick fought because I didn't let them. I shifted between wolf form and then shifted back and cut their heads off. Finally though, they caught me and threw me in jail.

At first I just cried then I began pacing. Then I began shifting back and forth. Then I began casting spells on the guards. I knew it'd be a long time before I got out.
