These new borns are humans that are turned into a Vampdragum. The people who are turned into one of them can be inexperienced or have a high I.Q, which is really rare. Fledglings can learn four of five powers considering their intelligence levels, and can have a very good memory. Fledglings are highly respected because they were once human, and still are except with a few new additions to life span and abilities. They will never age or become weak, many humans who want to be young and have power would die to become a Vampdragum.
